Very unprofessional. Rolled her eyes when i told her about my scholiosis i have had since i was 15 asking what me symptoms are. Didn't beleive me when i told her about my history with hashimotos and hypothyroid. Which recently is acting up. And would have been prevented if she just listened in the first place. She acts like a know it all putting patients down and who has to figure it out herself and wont even listen to the patients or their history. Im not putting my health on the line to be her guinea pig. I am seeing her 1 last time then switching doctors.

She walked into the room and never opened my chart. She asked about my medical history and I told her I signed the release and that they should have all that info. already. She said they did not. She didn't ask any questions about my history and dismissed all my concerns. She wrote me a prescription that I can not and will not take, because I have in the past, and it made me very sick. Also, this type of medication needs to have blood work done before hand, none of which was done.

I need a doctor that is willing to listen to my concerns and understand my past medical history so WE as a team can come up with a game plan for the future. I am highly disappointed with the rudeness and poor quality of care from this doctor.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been on thyroid medicine for a long time because my thyroid is messed up. She took me of it because my level was “fine”. Well fast forward got a new doctor and got my thyroid checked and it’s now extremely low, it’s supposed to be a 4.1 or something and it’s a 32… because she took me off medicine you cannot be taken off of! I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone going here. Don’t even waste your time with this facility and doctors!

My husband has COPD and had a appointment in January with Dr. Souza and when he left they never informed him that he needs to see Dr. in 6 months to continue to get his meds he has since been in to see her for Severe Bronchitis tho. He had an appointment set up April which they called and canceled but never rescheduled he called two weeks ago to inform them he needed a refill for his Spriva to help his breathing they told him he had to see the doctor first. Gave him a appointment for June 15. We have called several times to get his spriva and have been told she would call him back or her nurse will and she still hasn’t called him or called pharmacy to get him his much needed medication. This is serious medical/patient neglect. So ready to file a completing the Medical Board.

She is very very rude and unprofessional!!!
Was told that what I think is wrong with me is all in my head & that I really should see a psychologist. Told me I never had a stroke, which I did. Told me that I never had Scarlet Fever, which I did. Told me that I have never had asthma,but I may have COPD. When I said that I've had asthma since I was 16 she replied with, OK maybe you do have asthma then but I still think you have COPD.
ALL WITHOUT EVER LOOKING AT MY CHART OR RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Asked if I smoke cigarettes and when I said yes, she patted me on the shoulder and told me that if I stopped smoking that I could afford to see the psychologist and a Dr on a regular basis. Told me "You have wasted MY time by coming here today, because there is nothing wrong with you, no reason for you to even think about getting disability. You really need to see a psychologist on a regular basis for this issues you think you have." Then walked out of the room.
I sat in my car and cried when I walked out of the office.
I have never had any Dr ever be so extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! I have seen a lot of Drs in my life because of my health issues.

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever come in to contact with. Told my boyfriend who had metastatic melanoma that before proposing to me he should consult his oncologist, “just in case”. Then continued to say she was, “joking but not really”. She is working at a discount clinic throwing out her judgment on people. Horribly unprofessional doctor. Please find someone else!

I personally think that Dr. DaSouza is absolutely amazing. She's not one of those throw you out the door as quick as possible and move onto the next patient doctors. She takes the time to learn about you as a person and care to your needs
