Where do I start? I had booked an appointment 3 weeks before my wedding for my hair to be styled and make up to be done. When I arrived I was told I did not make an appointment for my make up (which I did) however my hair stylist was very quick into trying to fix this issue. She assured me she got ahold of the makeup artist and that she would be in at 10 which was fine because my hair appointment was for 9. I had my hair done which was nothing that I wanted. I looked like I had a mini beehive on the top of my head and the stylist teased my hair so much on the sides it looked like birds nests on each of my shoulders. I gave it a chance because I thought that once my makeup was done, it would all come together. The "makeup" girl finally arrived around 10:30 and sat me in the chair. As soon as I sat down she told me I needed to go somewhere else for makeup, that she couldn't do it. I was completely devastated. After waiting forever for her to show, I am told she will not do it. At this point I needed to head home to try and fix whatever this hairdo was and figure out my makeup within an hour of getting married. I must note that the only ones who had any compassion for this situation was the 2 interns and the one hair stylist Evan. On the way back home, I received a call from the owner who was only wanting to offer a massage. No thank you. I had asked for a refund however since I paid cash for my hair, I guess she was not able to offer this. She did not offer me to come back later for the refund, or offer to send a check in the mail, nothing. She offered a credit for when I come back I can get my hair done for free. Again, no thank you. This experience was enough for me to not be interested. She did offer me to turn around and come back to the salon for them to fix this but I had ran out of time waiting around. Oh and the kicker! The make up artist isn't a make up artist. She is the nail tech and they were going to have her do my wedding make up and never told me that. I would not have waited around for someone who knows nothing about doing makeup. And when I was offered to come back for this to be fixed, who was going to fix this? No one does make up at all there. Why would I pay someone to do a service that they aren't qualified to do Thankfully my sisters came to the rescue and fixed my hair and did my make up and I did not let this ruin my day.

Wow! Shannon is amazing! She completely listened to everything I asked for and delivered! She also helped me understand the products to get and how to use them. The vibe there was so chill. They have beer, champagne, or wine offered! I met Denise and she was so nice. Just great vibes all around! I'm definitely going back 🙂 It is a shame it's soooooo pricey tho 🤷🏼‍♀️

All I can say is Amber is one of the most top-tier Massage therapist I have ever had lay hands on me. I have an athletic build so I need the tissue with trigger point therapy, this is therapeutic pressure and worth it for a great nights rest. Sometimes I’ll even book her for a Swedish Relaxation Massage and it’s still just as bomb! She is highly professional, and has an amazing gift that she shares with a strong and very loving heart. Whenever she completes my service, I feel like a newborn being. My body hum’s with positivity and my feet feel like I’m walking on clouds. Y’all better come get healed, you know you deserve some TLC, and that’s on period.

They brag so much about this place. Think twice before you go. I called got in quick the hair stylist was super nice and friendly but lacking hair cut skills. Got charged for hair color cut and style over $177 but the color was not what I expected she told me she was charging extra for shine. I got the no shine that I could see in my hair. The same color that I could buy with any product over the counter for $10 dollars. The worst part I did not get the cut not even close to what I wanted, I even showed her a picture.
The cut I got was as good as any cheep hair cutting company.
For me was a waist of money. Will never see me at this north port Fl . If you going to advertise like you are one of the best beauty Solon then get people with more experience, with cuts and styles.

Okay EVERYONE HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have never been to another hair dresser before and I messed up real bad with box dye and decided to come here to fix my hair. When I say MEGHAN AND THE GIRLS COMPLETELY fixed the yellow and orange in my hair. I am beyond satisfied with their services and so happy they were able to revive my hair. Just for proof I’m leaving some before and after pictures below and I think those say it all!!!!!!

I went into this salon to treat my mother. We got a treat, all right. That woman was so rude to her stylists! I almost wanted to say something to help one poor girl. I bet that girl is stoll crying.
How embarrassing And how demeaning to her staff this woman was. I almost told my mom to forget it! We could find another spa. But, I thought that horrible person would just punish her employees. Yikes! Not on my conscience!
Never again. The prices were pretty high, too. Especially for the entertainment that nobody requested!
Thank you, but no thank you. I am not a spa or salon frequent visitor.. I heard quite enough to form my own opinion about how well the staff is treated .... sounded to me like you hired a couple of them just to have an emotional punching bag.

I love this place! They did a beautiful job on my daughter's hair cut. They are family friendly! While my hair was being washed, cut, and colored they set my two children ages 10 and 13 in the spa chairs and let them watch Netflix. My kids said that was their favorite part of our day out LOL. I loved the cut and color when I had left but realized when I got home the color was not quite as blonde as I was hoping and they had no problems when I came back in the next day to get it adjusted. D'Vina's has a great reputation for a reason. She uses experiences like mine as a teaching experience rather than reprimanding the stylist which I have seen elsewhere. It was great seeing how much they work as a team. My hair is perfect now and I look forward to going in for touch ups in two months. Oh and if you are trying to grow your hair out D'Vina's is your answer!!!!!

Amber the massage therapist was absolutely amazing! I work in the medical field, and I'm always hurting, Amber found all my issues and fix them. I felt great when I left, she is truly knowledgeable in her field and I will be back again!
