This store is a gem! They have an amazing selection of hair products, wigs, bundles, and accessories—everything you could possibly need. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable.

I was immediately greeted when I arrived by a friendly older lady. She followed me around for a bit, to assist (didn’t really care for that part) but once I told her I was just looking she returned to the register. It is small with a limited selection. Super clean and decently priced. Just wanted to support a black owned hair store ❤️. May return when I’m in the area.

I thought this would be a nice place to go because it was black owned. We were greeted as soon as we walked in so that was a plus. She kind of walked around with us as we looked and showed us the stuff. The prices that they had on signs was not the prices. So when I brought it to her attention that we were overcharged twice. She said oh I don’t know how to work the register to give you a refund. But if you want it back I can see if I got those few dollars in my pocket. She kinda said in a condescending way, so we said no and left.

Came to Jonesboro area from Nixa, Missouri on business. I needed a beauty supply store that would cater to my specific needs and that's exactly what I received. Jasmine was not only helpful but knowledgeable about the products I asked for. Her customer service was/is exceptional. Prices are affordable there. And she was also willing to place an order for items that weren't in stock for me. Needless to say I will definitely be going back to EbonyX Beauty Supply again.
