Eleven Eleven salon is hands down my favorite salon in San Luis Obispo. All the girls are amazing and the energy is always uplifting. Chanel is my go to, she specializes in blonding and I have dark brown hair so I need an expert! Def check her out, you won’t regret it!!

Love this salon! Have been going to Sierra for years and she does the best job on my hair every time! I do full blonding and haircut. I Would highly recommend this salon and all its stylists, so talented!

This salon is nice, the girl in the front was very nice and everything, but I had a bad experience with the hair stylist I got, Mia. Everything was going good until Mia started cutting my hair, she didn’t bother to part my hair and I asked for layers and didn't add none. I also asked for bangs and she just cut without parting my hair and ended over cutting my hair in which she notice.To make things worst when she asked me if I wanted my hair curl or leave as it is, it took me a second to think how I wanted my hair since I now had chop bangs and she adds “ oh it’s free to curl it.” Like, I’m thinking how I want my hair not if it will be an extra charge. ‍♀️ I didn’t say anything because I was very uncomfortable with everything, I was more embarrassed to say something about my hair and I just wanted to leave. Even though she was trying to be nice, I could tell she didn’t want to work on my hair. I was in shock because I been to different hair salons in slo and never had an experience like this. The hair salon is very nice, its hairstylists like this that give the salon the reputation.

I love the staff and variety of services that Eleven Eleven offers. The owner, Sierra, is the utmost professional and holds the standards high for her salon. I recommend anyone there as I have booked with other stylists when Sierra isn't available for a short notice appointment. I'm always happy with my hair when I leave. Her assistant Cynthia is wonderful as well!

I had an amazing experience! Sierra was so sweet and listened to everything that I was wanting to do. I’m so happy with my hair! Also, the hair washing station had the most comfortable chairs ever!! I look forward to coming back again!

This is a gorgeous, modern salon in town. I see Amber here but everyone is excellent! She is amazing and will take such good care of you and your hair. I highly recommend Eleven Eleven and can’t wait to book my next appointment. Also, they have PARKING right out front! Woo hoo!!

This is the best salon I’ve been to in slo! All the girls are attentive and welcoming, always making sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Channel has literally saved my life by making my hair look so beautiful. I plan on sticking with Eleven Eleven forever! <3

I've been getting my hair done by Amber Zanoli for five years now and she is the bomb. I literally have her saved in my phone as "Amber the Best at Hair Ever". When I started seeing her I had medium length hair (mid shoulder blade length) and just couldn't seem to get past that point. My dream was long luscious hair, not the dry, brittle medium length I was dealing with. We've truly been on a journey together but now my hair is long (belly button length) AND luscious and I really don't think I could have done it without Amber. She also recently added some highlights and while I was nervous, I knew she would do it right and no surprise, she did and I love them! Go see Amber. Not only is she the best at hair, she's also just so fun to be around you won't want to leave.
