I got my lashes done here for the first time in 2021 for my wedding & stayed faithful until I moved away this past May. Even after I moved, I still tried to find ways to be able to get my lashes done there because the quality of service is unmatched! Taylor has always been so kind, professional, & easy to speak with. Especially when it came to scheduling. Everyone at Enchantment Beauty Bar has always been so amazing and friendly! 10/10 will always recommend!

Absolutely love love love enchantment!! Taylor is the best at everything and is so incredibly talented! Everyone who works here is professional and patient! They communicate so well about any appointments and give so much grace for those of us that tend to be 5-10 min late sometimes (guilty)! I live an hour away and drove I tried calling the place numerous of times. To let them know that I wasn’t going to make it for the 10
Free detox but would like to keep the facial. Upon arriving the girl in the shop said that they use their personal Phones and don’t answer the desk the girl that was in the shop I waited 15 mins before even approached. She then tells me the girl that was there had left okay, I didn’t cancel my appointment come to find out on her end said the facial was at 10 and I never showed. Remind you as I was sitting in the shop a text came across that my appointment was canceled and I have to pay for half of the facial Appointment for the cancellation. All while I’m sitting in the shop On the phone with Taylor the one they had left. But the girl admitted on the phone to Taylor she heard the phone ringing but chose not to answer it. As she just lets it ring what kind of place is this? Don’t want business? Since you just let the phone ring and your system glitched? No one even tried to contact to make sure I wasn’t driving an hour to come? Then had the nerve to tell me she left? Okay which is fine but you just hearing the phone ringing and not giving a care in the world. Never will I book, again with this place. Wasted my time driving an hour. Clearly sent her the screen shot where it said my facial was at 11 when I arrived at 10:45. But said she was there and just left, I get it but at the same time this is in your system not me. Didn’t offer to come back just said if I wanted to book in the future she would take $ off and charged me a cancellation fee but im sitting here and the girl
Isn’t here clearly said my facial Is at 11. But then I am being charged and still didn’t get a service. She sent me the screen shot where it said facial
At 10 mine said 11 so she left. I think if you don’t care to answer the phone don’t waste
My time even having the phone number listed. This falls on the shop Itself and the people just listening to the phone ringing especially admitting to Me she heard it ring but she only worried about her personal phone.

The best place for any and all treatments!! I regularly treat my wife to anything she wants!! Everyone who works there is amazing and so kind and patient!!
