Dr Kouli and his staff are absolutely amazing! I went to the Newport Beach location for a breast reduction/lift and augmentation. I couldn’t be more happy with my results. I’ve never felt more confident and cannot thank him and his staff enough! I highly recommend esthetica and Dr Kouli. I am beyond thrilled with my results and will be going to esthetica for any future needs!

I recently went to go a nose job (rhinoplasty) and it turned out amazing. Dr Kouli and his team are all very kind and helpful. He is a very caring doctor that will take care of you and your needs. Any questions I had he would answer right away. Even after hours.

I had a wonderful experience here. From the moment I came in I felt very welcomed. I had gynecomastia in both left and right chest but it had grown bigger on the left side than the right side. Dr. Kouli was very friendly and was extensive in explaining what could be done. Because the left stretched the skin like a balloon I was never promised symmetry but I was promised full effort to get it there and the results to me are what couldn't be promised, absolutely outstanding! After the surgery I received multiple calls throughout the day from his office to ensure I was taken care of and they were ready to help with any questions I had. Everything went as smooth as possible with no complications and I only wished had taken care of this sooner! Big thanks to DR. Kouli and his staff!

I got chin lipo done in May 2021, Dr. Kouli did an excellent job of answering the million questions I had. He was very patient with me, all the staff at this facility are great. They were able to squeeze me in 6 weeks before an important event. I healed very well, I have minimal scaring, you can’t even see my incision. I will be going back for rhinoplasty in the future. Very pleased with my results and I highly recommend this practice. I received about 5-6 consultations and I’m glad I chose them.

Since I was a little girl, I have had “issues” with my profile-specifically my nose. After doing lots of research and waiting for decades, I found Dr. Elam at Esthetica of Newport Beach. I was obviously extremely nervous, but him and his staff assured me all along the way. Kendel helped answer any questions that I had before and after and was beyond available to me to reassure me and put my mind at rest! I can say, Dr. Elam truly changed my life. I am so pleased with the results and I feel more confident and “like myself” when I see my face and my profile. De. Elam, Kendel the patient coordinator and his staff are just one of a kind. They made the whole entire process of getting rhinoplasty so easy. It was my first time going under, I was so nervous, but they made it cake for me. During the consultation, Dr. Elam told me exactly what he would do. I had a bump from a car accident. He took care of that with ease and within an hour and a half I was done. Love this place!

I went to Dr. Elam to get a chin implant and buccal fat removal. He did a fantastic job. I was nervous before my preop (which Samantha set up) as I am before all my doctor visits. Samantha and Dr. Elam’s demeanor was great, and they both made me feel comfortable right away. I put complete trust in what we all went over during the preop, and I was extremely excited to move forward with the surgery, and I’m glad did. Samantha, not only answered every question I had but went above and beyond with making me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process. I love the way my new chin looks and very happy with the buccal fat removal. I would recommend Dr. Elam and his staff 100% to do your surgery.
