Very nice place, good customer service. Small product variety but that’s understandable. One thing I do have a problem with however are the listed hours. I have to come here with my fingers crossed because 50% of the time they are closed, although being listed as open on google. The first few times it’s understandable but this is just frustrating now and seems like a joke.

Great Black Owned beauty supply store, Mr. Willie the owner is a legend in the community and provides great customer service, you can tell he really cares about the community, the youth, and his customers, their lives and their hair and beauty supply needs. It was an honor talking with him and getting to know him, first time meeting him tonight, we talked for almost two hours getting to know each other, and he gave me instructions to get the process started for getting my waves back right, from cut, to products to use, brushes, pomade etc. it was an enjoyable experience, great customer service, I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this beauty supply store! The store is well organized and has all the important hair basics. The store owner was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me find a good natural oil to help with my dry scalp, helped me pick the correct color for my braiding hair, and gave me some secret barber tips to share with my boyfriend 🙂 The customer service was unmatched, I will definitely be back!

This is a very popular hair supply store. If you don't see what you want. The owner will get it for you within two days. These guy's are very nice. Love my shopping experience with them.

I called to see if they had what I needed and they didn’t but I received the best customer service. Alternate suggestions were provided, i even received photos via text to see if they would work for me. This saved me a drive in this crazy Florida rain and I truly appreciate it. The customer service here is absolutely amazing I was asking about a item that they ended up not having, however he was patient and showed me what he did have, he went out of his way to call me back and ask me to provide a picture of what I needed (seeing as we communicated over the phone because I am at work) he then concluded by thanking me for the product suggestion and notified me that he will be adding it to his next inventory☺️ Now that’s some outstanding customer service❗️Thank you💕
