This is the shop located next to subway I'm not sure why the address is so far away. I just stopped by and decided to go somewhere else because they are cash only . Very inconvenient. But the price for a gel pedicure was 40. Good luck folks .

Update 5/25/2023 - so I originally had one stars because of whoever is responsible for the phones. However, after visiting and having the experience in person I definitely had to raise it to 3 stars . The people that actually work there are so nice and have great customer service and great patience . They are thorough with answering questions . I do know there can be very long wait times so I will say I got very lucky because I was only there for 20 minutes . There were only 5 other people in the waiting room and it was very quick . Thank you Concentra ! Maybe retrain whoever answers the phones because they are first point of contact for lots of first time patients and that can be a huge turn off the way the phone calls are handled.

Made an appointment for a pedicure. Was turned down by Mai as she stated “who’s going to watch your baby I can’t do your feet while”. Never felt discrimination the way I felt coming into their establishment. Would never patronize them.

I really felt my pedicure job was rushed. The polish was dumped on my toes and after trying to let dry still smudged, so I had to get my big toes done again. After letting dry for hours while running errands with my sandals on, I needed to put shoes on later that night and the polish on my big toes were ruined. I had to remove the polish and put new polish on a whole new different color because I didn’t have the same color from the shop. Now my toes look deranged. Currently looking for a new shop.

Gel manicure and pedicure Service was substandard. Not enough color selection. Nothing added to foot tub or manicure bowl. Just water. Flies kept flying around and I asked if they could kill them. I will not return.

I made an appointment for my mom to get a pedicure. We were 5 minutes early. We waited for 45 minutes, then left. Went to another place. Also poor ventilation in the shop so if you want to be smelling chemicals, go here.

I've been coming to expo nails for over 22years! I love the service and especially now with all this covid going on they are taking every precaution. I definitely feel safe coming to this nail shop.

This place has horrible customer service and they really try to gauge their customers. $35 to change my nail polish color?! Get real! They also never update their techniques or services, if you want that hot new ish don't go here!
