Raul is an absolute professional. Here’s how I know: I was getting a Haircut, and while I was there watched him have to interface with a difficult customer. He kept his cool, was very patient, and was uncompromising on maintaining a schedule when this customer was late. As another customer, I personally appreciate this because I know how delays can stack up through the day and really mess up EVERYONE as a whole.

He very directly asked the difficult customer if he’d accept another barber, but the guy just kept prodding. The customer tried to escalate, but Raul handled it professionally thru and thru, even through the uncomfortable point of asking him to leave.

Raul, thanks for being courteous, even in a tense situation. I appreciate you not cascading your schedule for the rest of your day, and I hope you keep up the great work for future clients.
