What a great place. I'm a guy, so obviously my hair isn't as important to me, as I like to just "wake up and go"...
The ladies here were awesome! I wasn't just another customer, but they all were personal & I felt like I'd been here 1000000 times.
Now, because I'm from the south, if someone ask how your day was, we tell them out whole life story & who's in the hospital and even while they even went to the hospital.... Do in the South when a stranger ask you how your day's going you just tell him your whole life story, that's what we do. The lady see where absolutely phenomenal really time and really they probably cared more about how my hero appeared then I did, you can tell that these ladies have professionals they didn't do it for a while in this is probably the greatest place in Gardendale come get your haircut. Don't even get me started on the prices, you would pay twice as much if you go to Super Cuts... Come with these ladies take care of your hair for you

Pleased is an understatement! Brittany gave me an over the phone consultation and was able to have me booked the next day, and told me who my stylist would be. I am in love with my hair! Madison did an amazing job. Id recommend the Family styling salon to anyone.

I went for curtain bangs and a little front layers. the lady was nice, although it was nothing like the inspo pic. she cut them so thin they don’t even look like curtain bangs. quite embarrassing, booked an appointment with someone else. if you need curtain bangs don’t come here.! what a waste of $15!

Laura was my hair stylist and she was so nice and very professional. She made me feel confident and comfortable while she worked on my gaur. I definitely will be going back. My hair looked & felt wonderful. She made me feel like my patronage was appreciated by ❤️

Was referred to the “owner” who I went to school with so I figured since she has always been nice to my face, I would reach out and try to book an appointment for my son. She created drama on my Facebook page and was super unprofessional. If a child’s haircut isn’t worth her time I would’ve totally understood that dying and long cuts were more her style. But for her to know we used to frequent there and we’re not hard customers, just needed someone new because our stylist left, and to publicly embarrass herself and her business isn’t too smart. A private message telling us we aren’t welcome there would’ve been fine. JS.

I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when I go to get my hair done. My hair stylist and dear friend Angel Posey is a wonderful and thorough stylist who will treat you right. The atmosphere is wonderful. I am always comfortable when I go here. Christian environment. All around a great place.
