My experience at Faust Salon & Spa has been one of the most memorable when it comes to hair quality and customer service. The service was professional with the perfect balance of knowledge, genuine and warmth. I got a haircut during the summer and my hair couldn't be healthier.. My stylist Kat, did a wonderful job, my hair has been growing fast and healthy without loosing it's initial shaping. At the end of my haircut, I had a chat with the owner Anna, a very kind and friendly person, she is always very attentive and professional. I asked for a recommendation on hair products to make my hair healthier, she asked me a couple questions about my hair habits.. with that and a look at my type of hair, she gave me a list of products with different prices that could help me and I am very happy with the recs... my hair is better than ever, this really demonstrated her expertise and attention to detail. I am looking forward to going back and getting a facial to try other services. Thanks Faust Team!!

Faust Salon in Scotts Valley has the most talented group of artists I’ve ever encountered. All the stylists are so personable and help make the salon experience so special. Emily and Kat are great, I highly recommend them for haircuts and color (highlights, color, root touch up, etc). If you go to Faust, you will feel welcomed and safe. Myriah is amazing at facials and does great brow waxing! Anna offers great makeup services and will work with you to get the perfect look for your occasion. I cannot recommend Faust enough! You will not be disappointed if you choose Faust for your next salon experience ☺️

I went in for a hair consultation, cut, and deep condition treatment. Both my stylist and the owner were so friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable chatting casually with them but also our moments of quiet weren’t awkward at all, like they were meeting me at my energy with no pressure. I was free to relax in the appointment however I prefer to do so. That was just the atmosphere though. For the haircut itself, the stylist was careful to talk through what I wanted and just got it perfectly. I left with the cut I wanted but also little details I didn’t think about but was happy that my stylist did. This is my new place. I love when I have a salon I wanted to come back to. Highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with my hair after seeing Ciara at Faust Salon. She completely transformed the style and color by adding highlights, toning my warm tones, and creating a natural/gorgeous look. Ciara was FUN and also gave me a tutorial on how to achieve these curls at home. I completely trust her with my hair and highly recommend her services.

I am a regular with Faust's esthetician Myriah. My usual services include her Intelligent Energy Facial with Light Therapy and waxing. She does meticulous brows and I always leave glowing! Her facials are so relaxing that I often fall asleep! There has been a huge improvement in my skin since I began seeing her.

The owner of the salon, Anna, is positive, warm, and so kind! She also is an expert at make up, lashes and more. Today she gave me a full makeover and did my lashes for the first time. It was so much fun! She also explained in detail how I could apply the make up myself at home. I left the salon feeling beautiful, happy and loved.
