I hope the owner can read this: When I go to your business you should be happy because I am creating a profit for you. When I enter to your business you should show or transmit the welcoming feeling by at least saying GOOD MORNING. I don't need your barbers to show me your face of "don't want to be at work" because we all have issues and strangle in life. You barbers have to have manners to address every customer who comes in to your shop, so be polite, because most of your clients like to be appreciated by giving some work every day. Thank you!!

I arrived a bit after 9 am Wednesday, and despite their posted hours, no one was there. I waited a while and a young man showed up and opened the shop. He was an apprentice barber, though, and said he couldn't cut hair until one of the licensed barbers showed up. He tried calling all the barbers, but none answered their phones. A few other customers showed up but no barbers. Finally, at 10:45, the apprentice said he was going to go get something to eat and that we were all welcome to come back later. This the second time this shop has not opened on time.

I left and went to another more professional shop. I will not go back to Video's.

Took my 2 year old in to get a haircut. I specifically asked for 2 on top and a 1 on the sides. They gave him a 0 on his entire head. Charged $25, I understand charging more for children. But he sat nice and quietly the entire time.

I asked for a mid fade and a little trim on top; I got an almost-bald fade with no fade at all, and the trim wasn’t even a trim, I might as well go bald. I guess 20$ was way too much to get charged. Just speaking the truth, not trying to bash anyone! I feel 10 times more insecure than what I felt before. Never going there again!!!!!

Just to start it off I never do write negative reviews but I need to do this for everyone to see.. I hope all of you can read this before you guys are planning to go to this barber shop... I really had a bad experience today with the owner of the shop named MARCOS. I set up an appointment for 930am . He already cut my hair but I needed to come again because he did not do well on cutting my sides. My friends told me to go back who referred me to him and tell him do it again. I listened to my friends advice so I texted him. I told him i will be there 930am and he said yes.. I was there 849am and I also told him that I was already was there and ready to see him at 930am which is our appointment. I waited and waited for him and he arrived 930am. Then after a while I thought its gonna be my turn to get a haircut done but what happend was he took the other guy instead of me! I was really mad. I just kept my cool and told him "hey see you next time " he asked me where are you going? I just told him.. "I thought we have a 930am appointment?" then I left. My point on this guys is if he knows I have a 930am appointment with him he should of gotten me first because he knows I am super early and we have an appointment at 930am. He knows I am really early he should VIP me right? If he knows that he got people on 930am why would he accept me for the first place? He should of told me that "hey Raymond sorry but 930am is already full and lets set you up on some other time... My time is really important to me. I have kids and I have a full time job that I need to attend to. I sacrificed my time just to see him again but what happend? It all went down the drain! I hope by this negative comment he will learn from his mistake that he cannot let people in or accept people if he KNOWS that he already got people for that specific time. He cannot be greedy by just getting people when he knows hes already packed! I am not really a happy customer and I will NEVER RECOMMEND this barber shop to anyone else. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST BARBER SHOP IVE BEEN TO. I hope this will be a learning lesson to everybody or this will be an eye opener to anybody who is planning to come to this barber shop. The thing I learned about this is I should of did my own research about the place first even tho my friends referred this to me. I see theres some negative reviews already before I posted this.
