The worst manicure I’ve ever received in my entire life. You’re better off purchasing nail polish at Walmart and doing everything yourself at home. The nails were left uneven, cuticles were not trimmed, polish/dip is missing entirely from some nails, and the color did not match the one in the book even the tiniest bit. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They do a lovely job, and I'm always happy with my gel manicures. Affordable prices! They don't take walk-ins. You must have an appointment, which isn't always convenient.

I went in to have an extension and dip powder done with a nail design, but didn’t realize they only do appointments. They still fit me in and were very nice and she took her time. My nails look wonderful! The power even went out but they still made sure my nails were taken care of. Very kind people and they do great work! Highly recommend!

I got an acrylic fill in and at first thought it was really good, but later on I realized many things were messed up. A few of my nails were shaped very crooked, the nail isn’t painted all around and they are already chipping bad and It has been 6 days. My last set did not chip this bad but I can see it chipping from the front and it’s really disappointing. Other than that service is good and I do not think you’ll find a better job any where else. Also my fill was 40 dollars, but on the pamphlet was listed at 20+ and my fill was pretty basic.

I have always loved going to Finger Promise for a gel manicure/ pedicure on natural nails. The employees are professional and follow strict hygiene policies. All of the equipment used is up-to-date and clean. With a wide variety of gel and dip colors, you can't go wrong with Finger Promise!

Other Details:
-Make sure to call ahead as sometimes they are busy/overbooked.
-The location can be a bit sketchy since it's located in the 7 Points shopping center but I've never had a bad experience.
-They charge $1 per finger/toe extra for chrome.

They took their time and did an amazing job. Had a very relaxing pedicure and great manicure. They got me in as a walk in but I would def recommend calling ahead for an appointment if possible.

From the very beginning they evolved a serene atmosphere and was very kind. She really took her time and did a good job. I walked right in with no wait although I did call and give them a heads up I was coming. I really recommend her because I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning. ....
So this is an add-on to the review because I have returned several times and I are always good about making you happy. I took my daughter and had her nails done and she broke one they literally fixed it for free. I love these girls because I'm very indecisive and they are always patient with me.
