Dr Todd larue ain't worth nothing I don't recommend nobody goes to see him. My grandma's seen him for forty years. And all a sudden he's cut her off her pain meds. She's now in rough shape. About to kick the bucket. And if she does. It's all his fault. She wouldn't be in this position if he would have gave her the meds he prescribed her. And has had her on for very many years. This agency is a joke an I recommend nobody sends anyone they care about to these people. Especially Todd Larue.

Bobbie the supervisor and Barbara the nurse are heartless and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment and refused to legally give us our medical results. Seems like at this location each doctor taking week-long vacations. First, it's Burke out this week, next it's her assistant, etc. So, trying to be seen at this location is just hard to do!

Bobbie was not willing to listen and hung up!

I just had to cancel my appontment before I even went. I have been waiting 3 months to see the doctor, and I switched employers which in return switched my schedule. I called asking nicely if I could change the time explaining I thought it was a later time. The receptionist told me the next available was over a month later. I asked nicely again if there is anyway I could get in any sooner due to the long wait. She had the nerve to say, "well you're the one canceling it". Look mam, I am not canceling, I am attempting to change the time on the same day. But I told her to cancel my appointment all together and I will find a new doctor and hung up. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to know how to deal with customer service. Terrible

I have to say from day one I was very pleased with Sue and the staff
I got to meet Dr McKay one time and he was awesome as well
The only issue I had was communication but overall they are still a 5 rating doctor's office
Due to the communication issues I had to find me a new doctor but I will always appreciate what the staff and doctors did for me as a patient .
