I’ve traveled to many gyms across the SWFL area. Me and my family evacuated for Hurricane Milton and I came into FlowHouse for a class the day before I went home to see how everything stood after the storm and I had an excellent time. The team down at flowhouse welcomed me with open arms and was very precise on the techniques we worked that night. If you happen to be in the Dania Beach/Ft Lauderdale Area I highly recommend FlowHouse Brazilian JiuJitsu
