I don't typically leave reviews, and I wish I could give a higher one, but I've been coming here for 4 years now, always a solid cut... Until today. Y'all gotta get rid of the new girl... Asked for an inch or 2 off the top and sides were supposed to be a 4.

I don't "hate" the top(though I do the more I look at it), but this is OBVIOUSLY not a 4 on the back and sides.

Once I noticed how short she took it, I asked why? She said because there was a bump on the back and she wanted to even it out, but went overboard. Still obviously uneven, big knick on the right, scrape marks on my neck several hours after my cut.

She had an adjustable shaver and was just going back and forth between sizes as she was aggressively mowing the back and sides of my head. Not good at all, I can't believe they even let me pay for this. Definitely wearing a hat for a few months, and not going back to this location.

Straight hack job.

Truly amazing customer service and support.
Awhile back, I was very disappointed in the haircut my eldest son received.
The manager actually contacted me in an email. She made an effort to apologise for the haircut my child received (which she, personally, didn’t need to do).
The manager was amazing. Her apology was heartfelt, sincere, and didn’t make me feel like it was a one-off situation or that I overreacted.
The manager went above and beyond to right the situation.
It’s so incredible to find a company that treats customers like real humans. I felt heard and respected.
Companies like Floyd’s are customer service based; a standard that is not met in, far too many, companies.

We appreciate you, and we truly liked our stylist when we returned, for my middle and youngest sons.

So I just paid for the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I could have cut my own hair better. New gal cut my hair and was going to town on it not even paying attention. It’s all crooked and choppy like she didn’t know what she was doing. I was suspicious about about her mental health because she was talking to herself the entire time. I guess I’ll be wearing a hat for the next month or two. Need to evaluate her skills immediately!

Worst haircut of my life!!!!
I am buying beanies to cover by head until my hair can grow.
Went in for a pixie cut and left with a shaved head. Nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. So embarrassed to go out in public now. I can't even look in mirror without crying. Beyond disappointed.

I had the haircut this evening but I think the razor cut one of my scar or something I can’t see because it was on my back of the neck. I got a little pain from that during showering. But I didn’t see where that razor blade come from. Is it carefully deinfected by certain antiseptic? I want some proof of that such as photo attachment just because I didn’t see where that come from.
Additionally, I want some opinion of these professionals of my hair cut design for which I didn’t get. But the service and haircut was really good.

This place plays their music SO LOUD I couldn't even hear the cashier. Be warned. Bring earplugs. Loud noise - especially for the neurodiverse - can be troubling. As for the haircut - it was good enough. My son was donating 10 inches of hair, after growing it out for two years - which was a complimentary cut. Grateful for that. Thanks.

The staff are super friendly, from the receptionist to my barber, Jimmy N. He listened to everything I asked for, and nailed it. The vibe in the shop is cool too. Great music, and the place is really clean. I will continue being a client.

I just moved so I needed to find a barber. Wanted a modern mullet and walked out with CLUMPS of cut hair still on me. It took me at least 3 shampoos at home to get it out. The barber took 1 look at the picture and just went to cutting, no talking or anything. He didn't even line up my neck and left my sideburns uneven. No recommendations on styling at home or styling in general. No product recommendations or an invitation to come back in x amount of weeks. I could get away without wearing a hat before but now I definitely need to until I can go to my og barber. Idk if the barber was just having a bad day or what but I left feeling uglier than when I went in.
