This is my second massage at Flying Crane. It's clean and warm. Both times I was very satisfied and Suzy communicated well. If you need strong hands she can deliver, I like her medium pressure massage. She easily found my tension areas and worked extra to relax them. I also liked that a 1 hour massage is 1 full hour, not a few minutes short of an hour. I bought a pack of 5 1 hour sessions at $50 each. That's the best price in Santa Cruz county

For a very special occasion I treated myself to a massage at Flying Crane Massage, Scotts Valley location. I had previously gone there several times and have always been satisfied with the service and impressed with the overall cleanliness and polite staff. Most importantly, every massage I had there was splendid.
However, this most recent massage was beyond spectacular! I had a 90 minute session that included feet, face, hands and of course neck and back. It was absolutely one of the very best massages I have ever received.
Yoyo was my skilled massuse. I found her to be both knowledgeable as well as very kind and intuitive. I never felt like the massage was too hard or painful or weak and ineffectual. She shifted massage styles using deep tissue kneeding as well as pressure points and a more gentle therapeutic approach which kept it engaging and immersive.
I found the Flying Crane prices to very reasonable and competitive. Also, very important to me, the massage table, room, linens, rest room and the entire environment was scrupulously clean and scented only in the way of a scrubbed tidy place.
Too bad I can only rate five stars. I would add more if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Pain, suffering, bruises... Never coming back edited because I also got poked with nails after unblocking horrible memories. Clippled nails I think should be a thing for some one massage a person.

I usually go here for my monthly massage. Always have a good experince and feel rejuvenated when I
leave. This last visit was odd. After a wonderful back and leg massage I turned onto my back. The woman removed the pillow under neath my knees and pressed down forcefully ,hyperextending my knee.. It hurt immediately. It happened so fast. When she went to do my other knee I flexed my knee just in time. She has never done that maneuver before. Now my right knee is killing me and I'm praying that this injury is acute and it will pass. Fingers crossed
Shouldn't go in healthy and come out with an injury. Sore muscles ,yes ...but not an injury

I just had a massage. It was horrific! It hurt so bad. I told them it hurt and they didn’t stop, and continued to basically torture me! I had to get up and leave. I do not recommend this place if you think you will relax! BEWARE!

Over the phone we were quoted $45 for combo 1 hour massage. When we got to Scotts Valley they insisted it was $50!So after 10 minutes we gave them the $50 but the extra $5 was for the tip. Because of the language barrier, no one in Scotts Valley spoke English. We didn’t speak Chinese. They were taken back at the end when we didn’t leave a tip. I felt bad but we will know next time and I’m hoping Capitola and Scotts Valley can get their prices matched up! It was difficult for everyone. Thanks to David for trying to be the liaison but it was awkward!
Good massage just need some communication skills and new signs to reflect the price changes and what is included in each price!

Massage was good but not relaxing. Also a woman brought me into the room. I assumed she was going to be my masseuse. Later on During my massage I realized a man was giving me my massage. It made me a little uncomfortable. I was kind of upset that they didn’t bother to ask if I had a preference. I could definitely tell the difference when receiving the massage.

Best most relaxing full body massage I have ever received. Friendly staff and they were able to see me on short notice. Very happy with the service. I will return often. Loved how clean and nice the rooms were. Can't
wait to try a foot massage here.
