On vaca always looking for a gym. Found this gem. If u are expecting a cheap hotel type gym you are very mistaken. Heavy duty equipment. Plethora of options..serious dumbbell weight...lots of plates for heavy lifting...clean space and supplies of snacks and drinks. Available 24/7. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend

This is a nice clean gym. Stayed in venture out and its only a few miles from there. Like all small gyms, timing is everything. They have really nice treadmills but the times I went they were mostly taken by long walkers. Would be nice if they put time limits on their limited cardio. They pretty much have every thing one needs to keep your shape while visiting the keys. Nice gym!

Nice little gym to get your workout in before you start the day! Plenty of equipment. This place is definitely worth it. Probably the best vacation gym I’ve been in honestly. Convenient that it’s open 24/7. Has water and energy drinks for sale on site. Worth the week long pass, 100%!!

Great little gym. Make sure to avoid peak times. Easy to access and friendly owners. This gym has everything you need to have a fast, effective workout. Classes seem great, but I have not taken one yet.

I don’t make a habit of providing reviews, but am compelled to for Foreverfit Studio. I came down to the Keys to manage a few estate issues, 2 weeks turned into 5. Luann has been very accommodating, communicating on my membership timely and providing the most economical approach (really went out of her way and always inventing new ways to make it work for me). The facilities have everything you need: cardio, machines, free-weights and classes. On-site personnel are very friendly and the gym is kept very clean. Thanks so much, Kevin.

Great gym with plenty of equipment. There are weights up to a reasonable density. There’s also a few hexagonal weights, ranging from 5-30 pounds. With 3 benches and 1 smith machine, it is unlikely you will struggle to find a place to do any bench related exercise. On that subject, there are 2 45 pound bars, plus the Smith-machine bar that make it unlikely you will struggle to find a bar at anytime. As for other exercises, there are multiple places to do pull-ups/chin-ups, along with a wall Mount station for dips and leg raises. There are also quite a few machines to perform cardio, from memory there are 3 bikes, 3 ellipticals, and 2 treadmills There are never more than 8 people on a busy day, I typically only see 2-4 when I go. If you prefer body-weight exercises, there is a large space with a with no padding with light weights and TMX bands. There are several mats to use in this area, if you prefer; along with several devices for abs. At the entrance, there’s a mini-fridge filled with plastic water bottles for $1. The parking situation is a smidge obnoxious, but there is plenty, so long as you pull around back. The owner sends monthly emails, and typically responds almost immediately after being texted. Great gym, great people, highly recommend.

Will at the gym, I see there is also a Roman Bench Chair (the back extension thing for your lower back), a cardio machine that appears to mimic the affect of a recumbent bicycle, and an ab crunch and back extension machine.

I was staying in Big Pine key for 10 days. Before I left home, I was researching gyms close by where I was staying. I found Foreverfit Studio. I called them, LuAnn called me right back and set me up for a two week membership. This is a great gym! Far better weights and cardio than I expected. Only 12 miles from where I was staying. I highly recommend Foreverfit!

Great gym it’s clean, close by and quiet which is my favorite part. Giving it four stars because it’s a bit small and I feel like could have more equipment such as a stair master
