I literally went to the mall for one thing and somehow came out with nicely done lash extensions. This was my first time here. The lovely lady who helped me did a good job. She offered something to drink, which was nice. I feel though she was handling a lot while working on my lashes. Example, she had to stop once to answer the business phone at the register. I appreciate her hard work but it wasn’t a good time for me to wait bc I had other plans that day and was hoping it wouldn’t take that much time. On top of that, I was told it would take about 1.5 hour to do full set glam but it took over 2 hours. Granted she answered a call and she had to add more lash since it wasn’t full like their advertisement on 2 tier lash selection. Perhaps, I’d suggest, give an estimation of more time than expected. It’s better to finish in less time and have the client leave happy and earlier than expected. I was hesitant about doing my lash here since the reviews were not so pleasant. According to Michelle, (one of the current lash technicians) they’ve renewed the staff and improved on their service since then. Overall, based on my experience, I’d still recommend people to give them a try. Best wishes!

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I had for lash extensions and waxing for my brows. I had to come back TWICE AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! First of all I went In for a fill and they spent ONLY 20 minutes!! and then proceeded to tell me they filled all my natural lashes with extensions when I asked for a fuller look. When I came home and realized lashes were already falling out and lashes are different lengths and spaces missing, I went back the next day to get it fixed only to come out worse!!! It’s been three days and these are what my lashes look like now! I can’t believe anyone thought this was ok. My eyebrows are also very thin and uneven. I had nice, thicker lashes!!! I am so displeased!!!

Avoid at all cost. I bought 20 units of Botox through Groupon. I called to make an appointment, they cancelled the appointment the day before and told me they will call me back when they had someone available. They cashed my Groupon coupon I then called back as they never called me back. They then scheduled an appointment. I showed up the day of my appointment,store was closed and looked abandoned. I called them it went directly to voicemail. I called Groupon they wanted to charge me money to investigate my claim and told me that there is nothing they can do for me. I will never use Groupon nor Fracassi.

Unfortunately I tried this place to get a fill considering the woman I see elsewhere was unavailable for the week. I was trying this place in hopes because of the location thinking it would be worthwhile. After the man did a 30 minute fill for both eyes (not each) I realized looking in the mirror my eyes did not look the same. One with way more lashes looking wider than the other. He even told me he could see what I was talking about if he stood in front of me instead of sitting behind me and doing the lashes. He fixed them after the 3rd time of instructions. Til I was having clumps of lashes fall out. He didn't fan out the lashes before attaching to mine. So I had bulky looking spots that also twisted when my lashes grew out. And not able to fall out properly since he didn't attach to my single lash as you should each cluster he took about five of my own lashes and attached 10 of his. My regular person I see elsewhere confirmed when I seen her for a fill it was a mess an very hard to remove attached to more than one lash. I will not return to also have my card ran twice on their end. All around just a bad experience for me.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. I got my lashes done before Halloween and they looked awful. I told them to fix them and they kept telling me that I was the problem. Basically saying that I was just looking at them wrong and that they were fine. After three times of telling them what was the problem, I just left. They looked very uneven and going completely different ways. Prices extremely high for such a terrible job. I came in 5 days after to get them removed which burned my eyes horribly and they didn’t even get all of them off. Never coming back.

Had an apt for microblading, walked in and sat for 20 minutes until someone approached me, the lady that finally helped me was nice though, told her what I was there for and come to find out the girl that does the microblading has been sick and I guess didn’t feel the need to call the salon or cancel/re schedule her existing apts. decided to just cancel and get a refund I wasn’t going to trust them with these brows

I had a Groupon for $247.00 for 20 units of Dysport. Supposedly he injected 21 units. Repeated that multiple times. Two weeks later there was absolutely no change in my forehead lines or crows feet. I wasn’t concerned about these crows feet but he treated them anyway. He even agreed there was no change at two weeks and made up some excuse. Offered to sell me more Dysport at a discounted price. I even pointed to the areas above my eyebrows that I wanted treated. Additionally, what’s with the two week follow up? Probably to get me to buy more Dysport. Please bring back Dr. Geary. Can’t recommend this place for Dysport. Go to a real doctor

I got a full set of hybrid lash extensions here last week. Multiple times she pulled at my real lashes and I told her that it had hurt. I told her I wanted them more natural looking due to having a small face. They were so heavy on my eyes and now Ive lost 75% of my lashes. Ive called everyday to try to get someone to fix them and no one has returned my calls! I've never had lashes done so horribly! So unprofessional do not go here!
