Very disappointed with this nail salon and will never go back. I will also never recommend them to anyone. My friend recommended me to go which I took my daughter on 1/31 for her 11th birthday as a surprise to have dip. They were very nice when we arrived but the nail tech who did my daughter’s nails seemed like she was in a rush to get them done. She wanted hearts on her nails which I figured would have been painted but NO they used stickers. This would have been okay if they weren’t raised and didn’t peel or slide. The top coat also immediately was messed up and no longer shiny on several nails. For $65 this is ridiculous. My friend who recommended us called and let them know and told her to bring her in and they would fix it. Fast forward to today…my friend took her in as they said, they fixed her nails but then CHARGED her full price $60!!!!! Never have I had such a poor experience with a nail salon and poor customer service to fix what was wrong.

This salon charged me full price for a pedicure and manicure after FORGETTING ABOUT ME and not completing EITHER SERVICE. They did the massage but DIDNT PAINT MY TOES AT ALL , they started on my manicure WHILE I WAS STILL IN THR PEDICURE CHAIR, forcing me to pull my left hand all the way across my body so that he could work on it sitting to my right- this was very uncomfortable, he cut my nails but NEVER SHAPED OR PAINTED them. Because throughout the whole process he kept leaving in the middle to do other things and would come back, I thought he was coming back and didn’t realize he was NOT, until my daughter was done and it was time to pay. At that point we’d been there for about 2.5 hours and I just wanted to leave. When we go to check out I told them and showed them how neither device was completed and they refused to give a discount for not completing wither service. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will never go back there and would not recommend it.

Friends Nails Salon has been amazing, when I got my first set of acrylic at a different place I was scared to get them again as they came out so bad. I came here to try and see if they could fix them and was amazed at the results, I have come back multiple times since to get my nails done. They have been very sweet and make sure I was happy before I left. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Amazing all around! Everyone is very kind and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all asking for a design (it was my first time ever having nails like this). The salon is super clean as well. Can’t wait to go back for my fill - I mean, that nail shape is as perfect as they get! Also, I have to mention that a walk-in party of 7 came in the exact time as my appointment and we still got amazing service and ALL of us got done within a very reasonable time!

This was a bad experience because they let me leave with my toes not dry they were still wet and there was nail polish on my skin and I do NOT recommend this place at all and when I said Santa hat he did all red like what!!

The expectations was exceeding! I asked for the tealish color that’s on my AirPod case and she nailed it! She also did a good job on keeping my nails in its natural shape! I will be back for color changes! It’s a must that I keep my natural nails 💅🏾 healthy and pretty 😉 and so should you 🫵🏾hopefully you will have the same results as I did! 😊

I bounce around Clermont and Groveland trying to find the right nail stylist. I've been to Friends before and felt that the prices were a little higher than the other places, so I haven't been back in a while. When I needed my nails done this time, I thought I'd give them another try. I wish I hadn't. I don't know if my stylish was mad that I only wanted dip and not a manicure, or if this is how she is normally, but she was so rough that I almost walked out with one hand done. I have 2 fingers that are still bleeding today, and the nails look terrible if you look up close. They appear all black from a distance, so at least there is that. I wasn't even offered something to staunch the blood after she clipped away my finger next to the cuticle. I know it's my fault for staying, but all I could think of was explaining to another salon why I had one hand naked and the other looking terrible and bleeding. In the end, I was charged $75 for a dip and a sticker on each hand, even though I told her only two fingers and she kept insisting.
