La peor experiencia me golpeó la cabeza con el peine el barbero me quedo doliendo durante todo el día; poca educación y super pésimo servicio al cliente si le pudiera poner -1 estrellas lo haria.

Frustrated that I’m told no appointments and this place is walk ins only but the barbers definitely will make exceptions to many of their regular clients.

Cash only in 2024 almost 2025? I don’t like paying taxes either but I do.

The barbers are not all equal.

All this and I will still say this place is ok place to get a haircut in the area if you sit behind the right chair and be prepared to wait a hour plus while other walk in after you and leave before you but that will give you time to walk to carrs to get cash because the shop atm isn’t working.

Everytime I come here for my sons haircut, I am CONSISTENTLY pleased!! It is hard to fade red hair, and bone straight at that. The barbers here deserve that 30 to 40 percent tip, for taking their time, and also listening to what the clients want!! Bravo ? ? ?

To add, the vibe is nice, and clean. If you live in the valley this place is it. Even if you do not, I would drive from nachorage fpr the haircut/services rendered.

Got a haircut and beard trim today. The part in the hair was done a little higher than would have liked. The barber cut me in a few places. He also missed a couple good size patches of beard when trimming beard. I noticed that when I got home and my fiancee noticed all of the cuts when she got home. I think this was due to the cloth he wrapped around neck but he didn't double check after he removed it. It wasn't a bad haircut for speed and price but the barber needs to be more careful with the buzzers.

Walked in and out in less than 40 minutes in a busy shop. The haircut looks sharp and clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is the barber used a straight razor to clean up my neck and used it dry. A little shaving cream would have prevented the sunburn-like feeling afterwards. Just use shaving cream.

I have been going here for years. I always have Elvis or Alex cut my hair and they have done an amazing job. I highly recommend them. This is the best barber shop in Alaska hands down!!
