Adrian Rivera provided a calming and great experience. He styled my hair incredibly using scissors & clippers. And then, provided the BEST str8 razor shave of my beard & mustache. His hands were accurate and truly magical with the shave and facial massage. Left me chill & a much better version of myself. Thanks Adrian, I will definitely be back soon.

I hate haircuts. I got my haircut today with Jerry, I think I hate haircuts a little less now. If you’re wondering whether or not it’s worth spending on a good haircut - let this be your sign to make an appointment with Jerry. He is really really good, a bit chatty but I guess that makes it more fun.

So, I have some feelings about this place…

The good: The staff were friendly, the barber was quite welcoming and nice, and the barber even did a perfectly adequate job on the haircut.

The bad? Well, the haircut itself is extremely expensive at ~$75 + tip. Was my haircut worth the most money I’ve ever paid for a haircut? No. The other problem is that I don’t drink. So I thought “hey, maybe I can just pay a touch less if I don’t take advantage of their free liquor.” How wrong I was. I asked what they had for people who don’t want a whiskey at 11 AM, and they offered me coffee… from a Keurig… I ended up with a glass of water instead, because I didn’t want nasty coffee from a Keurig.

It was absolutely not worth pushing nearly $100 for a glass of water, a nice barber, and an okay haircut.

Gents Barber Club Santana Row does a proper job at men’s hair. I look for clean and consistent haircuts and my barber here is one of the best. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the shop is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This will be my go to place for the foreseeable future and I highly recommend Gents for anyone seeking premium hairstyling and cuts.

Had my first experience here after coming from places like bishops, hammer and nails, etc.. Janet did an excellent job with my super thick hair and my beard. She even offered her own tips and opinions on what she thought would look best and she nailed it! Will definitely be going back 🙂
