Had an amazing haircut/new look. I came in and had no idea what I wanted or needed and Jose took care of me. I had been rocking the man bun for years and wanted a low maintenance and professional look. He nailed it. Everyday this week I take no more than a few minutes after my shower to work with my hair, and have had so many compliments from people at work and friends in different social groups. Gotta trust the professionals at Get Faded Barbershop. This was my first time getting a fade or this style of haircut; so I was a little nervous at first. But I have been happy all week with this clean new look.

My 7yo son loves to go here and he always requests Andreas to cut his hair. He’s very patient with my son and always does a really nice job with a more complicated cut. Super grateful! and the costs is the same if not cheaper than other salons which is a bonus!

I went here a few days before Easter. I had an important event coming up and wanted to look good. And this younger lady, blonde, about 21, had cut my hair.....FOR $60!!!!!! AND SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE CUT I ASKED FOR!!!!!!!! I had long hair to my ears, roughly. And I asked to have trim with a 3 on top and 2 on the sides and I told her specificly that I wanted it a little long on top to be able to style and she fully shaved my head!!!! Oh I also asked for light and low fade and she didn't do that either!!!!! Only thing she did right was square off the back!!!!!! I was so disappointed!!!!!! It wasn't a crew cut or an army cut, it was completely shaved!!!!! First and only time I've gone and I do not plan on going back!!!! I would recommend Guidos next to the spa and panda express in Capitola!!!!! Very welcoming, they take their time, they ask and pay attention to what you want, and it's a fraction of the price!!!! Response: Because I'm not the one that made the appointment it was under my little brother's name. So yes I did go there. Get off your high horse thinking your business is all that. Cuz it ain't. I asked for the same haircut I've gotten for the past 3 years. And every salon and barbershop that I've gone too has done it exactly the wait I asked. Except for her. At your Babershop. She completely shaved my head with no settings just shaved it. And yeah I spoke up because I recently saw someone's review for this place and thought I should give my own experience. So it's not to bring down your business it's to tell people the truth.

I realize that I scheduled a haircut for my son at a barbershop knowing they specialize in shorter cuts, but... I scheduled him for a kids scissor cut and requested that it cover his ears as he wanted to keep it a bit longer. I also showed a picture of the cut he wanted and the barber confirmed that he wanted it longer and over the ears. Well, his cut is over his ears and much shorter than the photo. Not a big deal as hair grows, but I am frustrated that we were not listened to or told that they would not be able to provide the cut requested. Do not recommend.
