Everytime I’ve been here they have done a great job!! I refuse to get my hair done anywhere else. I left the football game early on Saturday to get my hair done with Alexis and it was 110% worth it! She’s so nice and she does a great job and I love all the staff and the salon, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Amber is genuinely fantastic! I have very fine hair and a pixie cut style, which takes a lot of precision to get right. Amber always takes time to listen to what I want and ensures I like my haircut by checking in throughout the process. She is so kind and extremely patient, and most importantly, she is great at what she does. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I came to Glam on Saturday to get my hair cut and my stylist Mary did an amazing job! She was so sweet and fun to talk to and made sure that I liked the length before cutting more off. She also did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows! I’ll definitely be coming back !

I have very curly, wavy, coarse and dry hair
Mallory did my hair. I didn’t feel the weight of her hands while she was doing my hair. It was relaxing. she listened to what I wanted and she did it perfectly. it turned out great! I’d go back next time. Will definitely recommend to my friends 🙂

Kylie has an outstanding personality and I enjoyed being in her chair! She was able to color my hair actually what I wanted even though I was having a hard time describing it to her she knew what I was talking about and it turned out perfect! Oh and the hair washing felt so good! I’m very tender headed but she was so gentle!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kayli during a recent hair coloring service. She didn’t inform me that she was using a semi-permanent color treatment instead of a permanent one until she was already rinsing it out. To make matters worse, she only left the product on for ten minutes, which raised concerns about how effective the treatment could even be.

Throughout the appointment, Kayli had a terrible attitude and was far from friendly. She seemed visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the process, giving off the impression that she just wanted to finish quickly and leave. Her dismissive demeanor made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

One thing that particularly bothered me was her lack of knowledge. She didn’t seem to know basic aftercare advice, like the fact that it’s not recommended to wash your hair for a couple of days after applying permanent color. This seriously made me question her expertise.

In the end, I left dissatisfied—not only because the service wasn’t what I asked for but because I felt ignored and dismissed throughout. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others who might consider booking with Kayli. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her services based on my experience.
