My first experience was great with Hana she did my wedding nails- only artist I would recommend. Last week I brought my friend with me. It was a long wait with no appt but I didn’t mind. They finally started my pedicure and the lady was using the scrubber and not paying attention looking towards the door when the customers were walking in and cut me so bad! I had to tell her to stop scraping me so hard! I told the manager and they gave me $5 off. But I will not be going back here after this experience. My heel hurts days later and is scabbed.

Overpriced for what you get. I upgraded my pedi to a "luxury" and then they wanted to charge an extra $15 for Gel polish, so i declined having my toes painted, they then charged me to remove the old gel polish. Isn't that supposed to be part of the service?! Cutting toes in 3 different spots while removing the old polish. Wont be back.

Came in the salon with my daughters to get our nails done. They were a little busy and I didn’t mind waiting, my daughters got their nails done. The nail tech at the front of the salon was finished with her customer and then a “ “customer came in and she comes up to me and says if u don’t want to wait next time call even though the people she decided to take didn’t have appointments. The whole vibe changed, they were offered drinks and put in front of me even though I had been waiting. There’s definitely “ “ privilege going on there. I would never step foot into that establishment again. I really like the way they do nails here and it saddens me that I’m not as Important as the other people. Its extremely rude and disrespectful because my money is just as green as theirs.

Hannah is my fav and kelly is my mom's fav, we've been coming here for years and not once have they messed up anything! they are both so good and really take their time and make sure you like your nails while in the process.

Let me start by saying if there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would have given them the highest ratings across the board! I came here with my nieces (4 and 5) and my son (10) and we felt right at home. Amanda was amazing and very engaging with the children. They even have little vibrating pedicure chairs. The establishment is immaculately clean. All of their staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices. I highly recommend this nail salon and spa.

I've been coming here for two years for various services such as eyebrows and nails.
This time I did my nails with a young boy I don't know his name who from the beginning I saw that he was somewhat upset I don't know why. He did my acrylic very 👎, i didn't say anything at the moment because I thought he knew what he was doing but I also thought he just wanted to finish it fast which caused this bad job. I will not come back. The other girls are good and nice ( photo 6 days later )
