The moment you walk into Gloss you can leave all your cares behind ! This has been my respite since it opened. The surroundings are beautiful and the vibe is a notch above any other spa while retaining a lovely warmth. And then there is the superlative service by my incredible aesthetician Michelle who must be the world’s best eyebrow expert and who is the only person I know who gives me no sense of time and at the end of 75 minutes of a heavenly facial I feel renewed ( and everyone thinks I’m at least 10 years younger and I am in my 60s!). I am a professional woman who rarely does reviews but this is a no brainer

Love love love this salon/spa/beaty mecka!! I have tow of the best anesthetians and I have had some amazing ones in SF. Ana and Michelle are some of the top notch beauty experts i have met. Know exactly colors to use for tinting eyeborws, totally understand shaping and waxing, have given me amazing factials with amazing products. The shop in the Spa has wonderful products, gifts, a beauty consesioiurs dream. I love this place so much

I've been to Gloss four or five times, and I believe I've booked services with every esthetician there. Every time I go, I come away feeling like I've been taken care of so well. While I show up for one specific service, I never feel like they're just checking off boxes. They truly take the time to assess exactly what I need to optimize the health of my skin and natural appearance. I come away feeling deeply cared for and as if I've got a clean slate for health and wellness in the weeks or months to come. My fist visit was with Tess, and I never thought anyone could match her skill, but I've been blown away by every single person there - Michelle, Charis, Anna, Ruby. They're all top notch. And I hardly want to throw shade, but I did go to another salon in Mill Valley recently and it felt very transactional. Gloss is so worth it! These ladies really, really care about their clients.

Absolutely LOVE Gloss Beauty! Everyone is so professional and makes me feel so welcome and at home. Not only that, but the services are other-level. I had never had a facial before, and the first time I went to Gloss, they really helped me understand what was going to be best for my skincare routine.
