i got a hard gel manicure this evening from Summer. When she asked if i wanted to go shorter, i said yes to match my other 2 nails that broke to make it more even. she said i should do an extension on the 2 broken nails and i agreed. while i was watching her size my 2 nails, she told me i needed to relax and to stop looking at my nails. i felt pretty calm, so I was confused why she kept telling me to calm down. she told me my nails would feel warm when putting them in the uv light. i have a high pain tolerance, so I didn’t expect it to hurt so bad. i pulled them out and said it hurt and she scoffed and said to just leave those 2 nails out for a bit. i felt uncomfortable because I felt calm until she told me to relax a few times. i was charged $70 and the 2 nails extensions don’t match the shape and length of my other nails, so I don’t know why we didn’t just keep the natural nail. i normally enjoy my experience there, but this experience makes me not want to come back

i came in today at 3pm and got a gel x manicure with red cat eye! they came out exactly how i wanted them!
it was obviously a busy day but i txted the number around 11am this morning and made an appointment. it was so easy! they seem to have a good system on getting people in and out! i waited for about 5 mins before being seated to get started. super happy with the results, will be back!

My hard gel manicure came out great and my pedicure as well. Ask for Karen! This is my second time going to her and she does a great job and pays close attention to detail and she's very nice as well.

Nina is my go to nail tech! She always does her best and will give you advice on what looks better. She’s honest and keeps a positive attitude at all times. Never disappoints!!

Ok- the nails that I posted off Pinterest was inspired- this is what I got.. I had originally got paired with a woman(which was so nice) but she had zero clue how to do what I wanted.. after I realized that.. I went semi simple .. I showed her the Pinterest photo.. and those are what I got. I did ask for different colors on both hands.. but .. wtf ? I still got charged 70$ (which again.. whatever) and all of my nails aren’t even straight! INSANE! I had to go back in after I cried in the car .. and they asked me if I wanted her to fix them!! I loved their photos but I don’t get it honestly!

Sadly will not be going back to Gloss. The techs rush SO MUCH. Not only did they cut two of my cuticles and I was bleeding and it was very painful but the 4 nails chipped at the tip within 48 hours. This is truly ridiculous and shows that the nail tech rushed so much and didn’t seal the edges properly. This has been the case for each of my last 5 visits which then requires me to go back and fix my nails if they don’t break before I’m able to make it back. I texted them and they stopped responding once I mentioned that more nails have chipped so customer service is non existent. Really didn’t want to write a bad review because I liked this place so much when I started going but this is getting out of hand nail techs should not be rushing this much!

Got a Gel X manicure with nail art from Nina and she was incredible. Great attention to detail and she was really skilled and gave me the exact nails I wanted after showing her my inspiration photos. I let her know my skin is really sensitive too, and she took great care to be gentle!

Unfortunately I will not be going back to Gloss Nail Spa in 2025. Their service is incredibly inconsistent. Appointment times are rarely honored sometimes making you wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment. The nail techs are also very hit or miss, usually rushing you through your appointment, injuring you in the process or doing subpar work. Not to mention the salon always feels very sticky / dirty / not clean. Also… good luck trying to get them on the phone because half the time they just don’t pick up. The last straw was being charged $10 more for the same exact service I got the previous time. Overall just a low quality nail salon and this is my experience after being a regular customer here every month for the last 2-3 years. I wanted to like it because it’s close to my house but sadly the juice is just not worth the squeeze here.
