Big drama Be aware!!!
Maybe a long time ago, I should post a 5, but now, I just want to aware of the worst experience that I have for resolving a complaint in the Nail&Hair Salon!

They were nice until they have to resolve an issue.

They did acrylic nails for me that caused me fungus last week, I went to remove all of them (5days after I did my new ones), but the owner was very rude to me (she was over the phone), especially when I asked for reimbursement, she starts to yelling me over the phone saying that she will refuse the service for me in the future. More than that, she starts to speak in another language with the stylist in from of me when we are talking about the issue.

One of the nail stylist applies alcohol and peroxide on my nails, which eliminates fungus but dehydrated my nails and creates inflammation around. These happened on Thursday. but the owner asked me to back on Saturday (today) to apply something “” to me. Then I talked to my doctor, and he told me don't apply anything. What the nail technician is doing was wrong.

Today, I only asked her about my reimbursement.

A big drama for reimbursement, for bad customer service, and try to avoid responsibility. Even I felt discriminated.

Has the owner's husband has to come in order she finally give me the money back, he was the only “reasonable person”, and shut her up. Everything was a big stressful situation created for the owner calls Tammi (who doesn't want to be filmed because she said that she doesn't want to be on social media 🤷🏻‍♀️... Another drama situation created for her)

PS: I didn't take pictures at the beginning because I have never expected she will be a very rude person. Also, today was my first time on Yelp, what I realize is that I'm not the first person complaining to her about that. Be attentive!!!

Great service and great skills! I feel no pain and the skill of the nail artist is great and I love my nail color. Would recommend to others!

Artists did a fabulously detailed job on my nails again today. I came in to see Tam, who is quite the artist & a perfectionist. The stepped in & gave me a beautiful gel French mani. Tam added 2 desired designs on my pointer fingers. I majorly appreciate the attention to detail & friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been getting nails and lashes done for years but rarely do you find a kinder and more thoughtful team of professionals. Examples they did a skin tests before using any glue on me and asked details to make sure the preplanned services to exceed my expectations. The next example is the happy mellow vibes and every customer is happy and friendly too. It’s a wonderful place for service! it’s my one stop shop for nails and lashes do I’m going to book balayage service soon!

I got my nails and hair done first time at this salon, I’m more than happy with my new hair color and beautiful shape as what I want. People here are so friendly and helpful, I definitely highly recommend this place to my friends and come back here for sure!

I loooove artists Salon! I usually don't get my nails or eyelashes done because I have sensitive skin, but I had to for a wedding lol. The girls here are so nice and took such good care of me and my mom. The mani pedi massages were heavenly and I've never had lash extensions that don't bother me, but I can't even feel these! The prices are also very reasonable. 10/10

Tam was so sweet and did an amazing job on my eyelashes. They came out beautiful and didn't take long at all. Definitely coming back!

I have been having my hair done by YaYa for years, I cannot thank her enough, she has introduced me to new looks, techniques and styling. I always feel so welcome at Hair Artists on Lampson Ave, Garden Grove City, and the results speak for them self. Amazing, lovely, friendly, always reccomend. Thank you YaYa.
