Came in for a beard trim and the guy cutting my beard ended up also cutting my hair off. I have long hair and it was up in a bun, when I got into my car I noticed after I pulled long strands of my hair out of my head. Very annoying

If you want your barber (MICHAEL) to disrespect your time and ignore your appointment by having someone else on the chair barely starting their haircut, then he’s your guy. I should give myself 5 stars for having the dignity to even wait 40 minutes all while not being acknowledged before leaving annoyed. This barbershop is recommended for customers who want to waste an hour of their day waiting for their own appointment.

Nearly worst experience at a barber shop as far as service. The haircut itself was maybe 3-4 star.

Short Story:
They gave away my appointment to a friend, offered me another barber, he appeared annoyed and criticized my current hairstyle, and left me with dried blood on my neck from the rough shave.

Long Story:
I went here a month ago and thought it was good. Just a standard men's cut and beard trim from a friendly barber. I scheduled a follow up for 4 weeks at 4:30 on a Tuesday.

4 weeks later, I come in around 4:20, the place is packed, and I asked for Jesus. He looked anxious. He said he let the day get by him and has 2 people ahead of me. He said I should come back in an hour. I told him I had dinner plans so that's not possible. A surly barber by the door (maybe the owner) talked me into getting a cut with him right then.

He appeared disgruntled about the whole situation. He was rough on the beard trim, hair flying into my eyes and him using a rough brush to sweep it away. Later at home I was surprised to find dried blood on my neck - never had a nick before from a barber. Funny enough, he only said 3-4 mumbled sentences the whole visit, yet he had time to criticize the style of my beard, saying it is "too high." He repeated it, "too high," and rolled his eyes. I don't know what he wanted me to say, "sorry, I have a different way of trimming my beard?" I think he may be used to the neckbeard style with the full lumberjack look. If he had advice, he could have been a decent human being.

To pour salt on the wound as I was getting my cut, my original barber gave a cut to a guy that appeared to be a close friend. So I realized he gave away my appointment to a friend. I also never had any appointment given away. My guess it was a busy day and he just didn't want to turn down any service, no matter if it alienates past (yet new) clients.
