Mediocre. Foot massage was great by one lady. Lady on the back did not listen. She pounded on my muscles really hard. Worst muscle massage I ever got. I would be curious if she is licensed. For one, you don’t pound on spines during massages. Ask anyone. I also repeated many times where I had surgical sites. I had to keep reminding them. If I was the massage board I would be checking this spot and double check licenses. I don’t care what’s on the wall up front. They get one star for kindness but the style of the back massage is terrible. They can do your appendages well but not the muscles on back. I honestly don’t know if she knew what she was doing or had a license. I feel in more pain then when I came in. That NEVER happens to me. Beware, unless you get someone good. You’re out 60 plus bucks and they’ll want a tip. Never again. I’m writing this only so the owner can teach all staff to not pound on spine. Masseuses have told me you don’t do that. Worst back massage in my life. Great foot massage though! Thank you for that.

Dear Owner
I've been a customer for over 10 years, but unfortunately, long-time staff members treat customers poorly. They show a bad attitude, especially during 40-minute massages, through their breathing, body language, and by speaking negatively in their language about others. This issue has persisted for too long—please consider hiring better managers or retraining your current staff. Do better please

The one star I am giving just to be courteous to the worker who did the massage otherwise it’s a 0 star if thats the option . I took the 69 dollar package for full body. First it’s the clothes on massage so you can guess what’s it’s like. The moment I lay down this man and another lady came 2 people working on me which I didn’t asked for and immediately sprung upon me it’s extra since two people working on me. And I wasn’t asked if I am ok with a man doing my massage.I told them No I don’t want to pay extra but they didn’t listen.I was like Ok let’s see. Then the lady started the leg massage and it was so mediocre and it wasn’t worth the extra money.Way to scam new customers. Then there was this constant talking and bright light and noise. $100 down the drain Never coming back and caution to new customers beware of them and don’t let them bully you into “services” more than you decided to get. Although best thing is save your money go to your known places and save your money and sanity.

I’ve been going here for about 15 years. Most of the time they were good. Over the last few years they’ve switched out a lot of the massage therapists. Now almost every time it’s not a good experience. There is one guy that should not be working there. Just jumps around to different spots and repeats the same thing over and over. The biggest problem is there’s no consistency. You never know if you’ll get a good massage or not.

At first glance from outside walking not to impressive, especially with their sign on the front door. I only wanted energy spent on the part of my body that I was having pain in. But instead more time was spent everywhere else. There was a language barrier with the massage specialist. I was given a deep tissue massage, which I didn't ask for. I kept asking her to put as much pressure as she was, but she kept going in stronger. She kept saying thank you, thinking I was complimenting her. The massage bed was hard, so that made things worse, I couldn't wait until it was over. Don't get me wrong, some people might enjoy that, but I was not one of them. The staff was very nice and friendly but again the language trying to communicate threw me off.

My wife and I love this place. I've never had a wait at all and I've been at least a dozen times. Excellent service. Prices are good. It's convenient that you don't need to make an appointment. Just walk right in and they will be ready for you.

Honestly, it is a good massage, but why the 1-star review? They pad the bill! I asked for a 40 min chair massage and a 40 min foot massage. I ended up with both; however, the guy massaging me use hot stone and hot towels and apparently that is an extra cost that was not disclosed to me nor was I asked. Furthermore, while doing the foot massage, a lady came and was massaging my face, which was an upcharge and not something I asked for. The last straw was at the counter when I paid. They write down on a board what you pay (which is where I saw the upcharges) and then asked me 9 times if that was the amount I wanted to pay. I kept saying yes because I knew they were trying to get a tip. So, being kind, I tipped 20 bucks. The guy walked over and got the lady that spent 20 min on my face massage and told me that I need to tip her too because there were two people working on me. I told them they could split my courteous tip however they want to. In addition, they charge you if you use a credit card with the processing fee and there isn't anything on there that states there would be a charge.
