New to NorCal. Cordial and welcoming staff. Elbo gave me a precision taper with all the detail work that makes it crisp and clean. Also discussed adjustments he wants to make for next visit. Excellent communication and the cut is beautiful.

Great atmosphere, I came in without an appointment and got cut by Billy. Had me look like a totally new dude, he did a great job, talked to me and made feel comfortable. I'm definitely coming back

Very unprofessional and rude at times. I scheduled an appointment for two and only one was able to be seen by JJ. He failed to communicate that he has an appointment at the same time he told us to come in. I also spoke and said Hello how are you and got no response. He offered up his other barbers but trying to be funny when we had booked with him like we do every time we come. Prices are too high and some of the haircuts are not blended in. They also have a problem with their needed smoke breaks before a cut. JJ smoked a whole blunt forgetting he scheduled us for the morning and was visibly high cutting hair. You’re supposed to show your customers with the utmost respect not talk to them with an attitude. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

It was a super cool experience. I got in and out with an appointment. The atmosphere is great and the barbers do they’re thing. I got my haircut from Billy and he is great to have a conversation with while getting cut.

JJ has been my barber for 12+years. He is an amazing barber and makes all his clients and the other barber's clients feel like family. The environment inside the barbershop is relaxing always has great music and good snacks to buy. He is more than an barber he is like family to me and many others. He is respectful and very polite and always greets everyone who walks through the door. Even when I have to travel for work I wait until I get back to get a haircut because no one cuts my hair as good as him...he will always be my barber for life and if I die before him I know he would even give me my last cut in my casket because he is that type of man. Keep up the great work JJ!

First off, never before had a barber at a barbershop has ever asked us what our kids (2yrs old) like to watch we mentioned coco melon he put it on Netflix for him to stay still. Very professional guy nice and patient with kids. Definitely will be coming back from now on! Cut looked great too.

When I arrived they immediately put me with a guy named Billy. He was very friendly and all of the other employees were incredibly friendly too. It took a while but was very worth it at the end. Definitely coming back next time. ?

I have had the same Barber for about 16 years. He is extremely talented in his Barbering skills, yes. But my best part is witnessing his consistent professionalism, courtesy, and the genuine care he shows to each of his clients and his demonstrated passion and love he has for his craft. I live and appreciate my Barber - Mr. JJ Barnes!
