I am new to the area and had both called and texted this morning 6/17 at 9:30am to see about getting a haircut. The first number I called the lady answered and told me to call another number. That is the number I called and texted at 2:30pm still no word. I went online at another salon and was able to make an appointment for this week at a time that works for me.

I felt like I was overcharged a lot on simple highlights and a cut. I am not going to name any names but the young lady I used was not that friendly and she was rushing through my hair and not taking her time so when I got home that afternoon and brushed through my hair and looked at it, instead of normal layers (which is what i usually get) I had three different lengths of hair that DID NOT blend. I had to go somewhere else and pay $40 more to have my hair fixed. That person had to cut off about another inch of my hair to properly blend it. I have dark brown hair and I was getting a little blonde in my hair and I am not sure what she did but it fried my hair. Just left very unhappy.
