*Update: came back for a color, full highlight, and Nanette knocked it out of the park. I've been scared to get my hair done since I last spent $$$ for corrections on a bad experience (other salon)... but thankfully, Nanette was heaven sent and did a beautiful job for a great price! So happy with the results. I've been given many compliments that it looks natural and I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. Thank you!!

I called and asked the receptionist (lady with medium blonde hair ) if there is someone that can do a Bob cut and she said almost everyone there knows and I asked again please make sure whoever you put me with has experience on that and she reassured me that Alicia is good at it. Once I was in there I went and ask her again myself in person is she good at what I want and again she said yes!
Long story short horrible haircut I got!!!!! I had to go to another salon to fix her mistakes yet my hair still looks choppy but with a lot more style then what this liar lady left me. Alicia also reassure me she can do the A-Bob cut and I even showed her pictures of exactly how I wanted. Bad bad bad!!!
Never again!! Management needs to make sure receptionist knows everyone exactly what they can do or not and not to fit you with the correct hairstylist. And the stylist shouldn’t lie either!

I am so so sooo happy I found this place and my new stylist, Suzanne, was so pleasant to talk to. She took her time to listen and make sure she is giving you what you want and won't just rush into anything without your consent. I'm very particular about my hair and was sad about the way it was bluntly chopped by another stylist a few days prior so I was worried. I walked in hoping to get the cut fixed and she worked her wonder! What a huge difference! The ladies in the front were very welcoming! Would come back esp when you need a last minute fix and you're around the area. I feel like "me" again 😉
