I am always delighted to come into grand nails. All of the nail tech are professional, warm, and the environment is very inviting. I’m always pleased with how my manicure looks and I appreciate the care and which they provide all of their services. I brought my honey in for his first pedicure and they helped him feel comfortable. We will definitely be back again and again.

I try and come here about every 6 weeks. I have never been disappointed. I have seen several of the techs and they were all very kind and careful. I have an issue on one foot that requires extreme gentleness and every single time I come in, I’m greeted by the owner and walked to one of the stations and he always lets that particular tech know what my issues are. He remembers without prompting. Today I saw Dante for the 1st time. A very pleasant young man who gave extreme attention to detail. All the techs have a bit different technique but each one will work with me to make sure I’m ok and that I am happy. Highly recommend this place.

Come here if you want to have a 2.5hour service for a pedicure and get cut. They did come out OKAY but it took ALOT of correcting. Made us feel like they were talking bad about us and laughing but to be fair we don’t know what was being said. No discount for the HUGE inconvenience on my birthday.

I absolutely love the beautiful realistic flower on my ring finger. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable time and I will definitely be back again and again.

My pedicure was one of the best I had so far .I have been to many places from Fresno to Tulare trying to find a person that gives a great massage with your pedicure and this is the place...all other places all they do is rub and beat your legs instead of actually massaging. Huy was amazing

Once again was extremely pleased with this salon's overall experience on Friday, 5/17/2024. I have a problem foot and the two pedicurists I have been previously serviced by know my issues and remember to treat my right foot very gently. This visit was a walk-in and they were very busy. I was immediately greeted by the owner, and had a very brief wait for my pedicure. Someone I hadn’t seen before came to my station and my first thought was “Oh no, I’m going to have to explain my problem all over again” and started feeling very stressed. But, before I could say anything, Andy told me the owner had explained my foot problem and told him to treat me like a diamond. Andy was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this salon. Its management and employees are very special people. ❤️

I was so disappointed. I got the side of my foot grated and cut. The manicurist got a lil to file happy and cut the side of my foot and toe using a big long metal file with a wooden handle. To top it off the Manicurist who did my nails cut me too. It was an accident but she cut me none the less. I wasn't going to leave a review but when I heard that someone else got cut on the same day that I did it changed my mind. I paid for my services and was given a ten percent discount for my birthday along with a messed up Pedi experience. When I told the owner she apologized and put Neosporin on the cuts. It's barely healing and it stings, this happened this past thursday. It was so bad I'm having to keep putting Neosporin so it doesn't get infected. I was in pain and just wanted to get out of there or I would have argued. I was told that I shouldn't have paid, I think they could have taken off half. Anyway they lost two customers that day. For their sake I hope they get better & don't end up getting sued. My friend got their big toe cut and dug into causing bad irritation along with their cuts.
