I’m usually not the person to complain, but this cut has really impacted my confidence. Not sure how regular service is or if you just go for a trim, I went to get my bangs cut and my hair was completely annihilated. The woman was nice, but admitted she had never cut bangs before, I left with side burns, and emotional damage?‍?. The picture is the face framing piece that was completely chopped off. I had gone somewhere else to get it fixed and was told that there really isn’t much that can be done to even really hide it. So now just have to wait the months it’ll take for it to grow back out. Again not trying to hate on the stylist, but I mentioned how nervous I was to get it done, and felt like it should have been disclosed beforehand that it was a skill she had never done nor knew how to do. I know these places are generally not used for specific styling, rather just trims, but if a person is licensed, customers should not leave with a chop job. Will definitely be wearing my hair up for the next 4-5 months it takes for it to grow back.

Sharrell cuts my mom’s hair. She is so patient and kind with mom and takes the time to make sure Mom is completely satisfied with her haircut. We are so thankful for Sharrell!

Absolutely the worst haircut ever! I had requested a woman named Wendy but was told that she never does cuts which is incorrect because she has cut me several times before when she was at this location (Daphne, AL). The girl that did my hair cut it shorter up high than down by my ears. She was very friendly and a little silly and had the same haircut she gave me. As I am now 70 I consider myself something of an expert in how my hair is cut. The clippers move outward as it ascends up the side of my head thus leaving the hair a bit longer near the part. The photo attached reveals the opposite. While this appears to be little more than a slip on the clippers, she then took to this area with scissors on two separate occasions. Her name was Nate and she had numerous piercings that she talked about incessantly.

Me and my boyfriend Went in there today! I can’t remember names but both people who cut our hair was great! The guy who faded his hair made it look 100 times better! And the lady who listened and layered my hair for me made my hair look so good!

This is always my go to place to get a hair cut for cheap, and to look good!

Literally edited this review just so I can say that the newer girl Kristen is AMAZING! Only been cutting hair for 6 months of her life and gave me one of the best haircuts ever. The two main things I look for in a haircut is 50% the haircut itself, and 50% of the clean up job so I don't walk around with hair all over me. I swear this woman got ever single spec of hair off of me. Somebody give her raise for the love of God!
