For a barber shop that doesn't take appointments, having inconsistent business hours really hurts the customer. I've taken off work and gone out of my way to try to get to this place within their business hours or at least what I thought were their business hours only to have them not be open. I have also shown up well within their business hours on a Saturday only to have the owner close up right before my eyes. I try to understand that life happens and sometimes things for you to change your plans , but I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this and it makes you feel like they don't value their customers time. Josh gives an excellent cut every time. Both Josh and Stan are pleasant to be around. I would like to give them my business but I might be looking elsewhere where I know my time will be valued.
