Started coming here back in October. The barbers are super friendly and skilled. They take their time with each client. They're a family owned business. Great atmosphere. Old school barber shop vibes. Great conversations to be had. No appointments are necessary. Just make sure you give yourself enough time because sometimes there is a wait time. Overall, I love coming here to get my haircut and talk about sports and current events with them. Highly recommend.

I seriously can't begin to say enough great things about two barbers I've gotten to know over the past decade that operate out of this shop - brothers Tom and Rick. Both these gentleman have given me great haircuts over the years and have become much more than barbers to me - they've become friends and trusted mentors.

Now that I've moved away to San Luis Obispo after a decade of getting my haircut by these gentleman in Willow Glen, I go out of my way to find spots where I can to come back to this shop for the best cut in the Bay Area when I'm back. These guys put a capital S in Service and will make you laugh hysterically over any topic all while sports are being played on the TV and all types of sports memorabilia is all over the walls.

Tom and Rick have a strong reputation locally as barbers and as people and everytime you're in their shop the other regulars that come in to get their hair cut by them are a spitting image of this. These regulars are city leaders, law enforcement, coaches, lawyers, doctors, you name it.

I speak for everyone when you take a seat in that chair - you won't regret it and you'll leave with a great haircut, a great conversation, and a great feeling about how you spent your last hour. Special thanks to Tom for everything over these years and the profound impact you've had on my life with your time and conversations you've shared with me. Best barber shop on the peninsula! Tom and Rick have been cutting my hair for years and they do a great job. This is a family run business and has a good family feel. It’s Tom, Rick and their Dad. It’s clean and professional. I drive 25 miles each way to get my hair cut here.

Rick, Tom, their Dad are all together now in one spot. It’s always been a great spot, when Rick and Tom were in Willow Glen. But, the Hacienda one, added a special touch.
