The first picture is what I asked for, the second is what I walked out with. The last two pictures are after the manger “fixed it”. Not pictured are the blisters and scabs from the bleach being left on too long. The manager tried to say it was an allergic reaction to the color the first girl used…only they first girl admitted to not using color, she bleached my hair and then used ONLY toner, no color. Another shop employee told me the original girl who did my hair said it was “an experiment”. I did not consent to being a guinea pig. The manager refunded me $40…

Cydney was very kind to accommodate my appointment for an updo on very short notice. She was very patient and worked with me to get the desired style I wanted for a wedding. The price was simply amazing compared to other salons I checked with. If I was ever in the area again, I would certainly book an appointment with her! Great price, service and style!

I've visited Hair Cuttery twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were subpar. I showed the stylist a picture of the pointy hairstyle I wanted, but both times, my hair ended up square-shaped. I thought maybe better reference pictures were needed, but the stylist seemed to disregard my requests altogether.

To make matters worse, my son and daughter had similar experiences. My daughter's hair was also cut square, and my son's hair was butchered - I asked for a simple trim around the edges and a slight cut, but he ended up with a military-style buzz cut that he hates.

It seems like the stylist has a hard time understanding the concept of a pointy hairstyle. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and have deleted my account. I won't be returning to Hair Cuttery again.

They are a 5 star salon ! Don't let name full you!! Brittany the manager. She has definitely made a difference in all aspects. All of the stylist are welcoming upbeat and enjoy there job. They want to make you look and feel better. They don't talk you into something you don't want or need!!!. Prices are reasonable. They also do eyebrows!!!! Thanks Brittany the mgr.
