The person here who cuts my son's hair name is Wayne. He's the only one who can touch my kids hair cause he's one of the best in Alaksa hands down. He can cut any kind of textured hair and facial hair with any style that you can come up with. You should call him to ask to make an appointment cause he's always booked solid cause of his nice work.

Called multiple times throughout the day before my arrival, no answers. So came in to see if they would take walk-ins, as their website says they do. Walked in to, two Barbers there. One cutting, the other sitting on his phone. Nobody acknowledged me. So standing there for an awkward moment, I looked at the African American Barber as I finally sat down. Then he rudely sets his phone down and asks if I am a walk-in. Said it would be a few minutes, as an appointment was coming. Okay, I expected that. Midpoint in cutting he walks out to go smoke on his wood tip black in mild. Comes back, finishes said hair cut, and then sits back down on his phone. And doesn't say anything. Sat there for 20 minutes, playing on his phone. I sat there for over an hour and half, without getting acknowledged. Took two walks in a row that came in after me, and was clearly a racist, and chose preferences. I finally said hail with them, I'll spend my money and business elsewhere. Racism is real there, no doubt.

They get the job done, I'm sure there are better and worse barbers around town, the 5 guys that work there generally do pretty good work... I have seen upset customers that had longer hair, communication is key

I'm pretty general all the time.. give an idea and tell them to do their best.

Not a 2-3$ cut in Guatemala avg is prolly 35$ hair + beard

Always Pro Cut - even on my crooked head with 2 bald spots. Usually a quick walk in, sit and wait maybe 10-15 mins max, straight in one day. Always Fresh cut clean and out, looking fresh cause I always looked Good.

Worst place ever. The fact they have 4 star on avg means they’re liars. It was not a good experience. Blasting music and yelling at each other. Completely unprofessional. I think they’re racist against whites too as they didn’t talk to me one time during the whole 2 hours it took to get a trim. He sat there just buzzing the bottom half for literally 30 mins just standing there yelling at Coworkers with music blasting. I won’t go here again

WALK AWAY! DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME! My husband needed a haircut yesterday (9/19/21) & decided to give them a try which ended up being a bad idea. He & other customers waited a whole hour while one barber worked on the same client’s haircut while the other barber was sitting down on his phone watching videos. They were busy chit chatting & watching videos off & on together. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

If you’re going to take any kind of break let alone, an hour long break, go take it somewhere else. Also, focus on cutting more than yapping your mouths, a decent hair cut should take at least 20 mins, not an hour or more. Their business phone kept ringing as well & not once did they answer it, they only answered their cells. My husband ended up walking out & the one barber was STILL working on the same client while the other one was still on his LONG break.

If we’re hustling to make our money, we damn sure will pick a barber shop that shows they’re hustling & value customers time & money. Can someone please stop by their shop today to check & see if they’re finally done cutting that poor customer’s hair? What a joke.
