My daughter was stopped at the mall last week...and being without experience...she ended buying a flat iron, that supposedly cost 350. That she did not need it. Well the surprise was that apparently was final sale, and 14 days "return policy" is only for exchange products.
My daughter suffer of allergies and need to use some specific products cant exchange the flat iron for other products. We couldn't do anything. They are in front of the store pulling people inside to buy their products. I'm reporting this to be BBB
I dislike when they take advantage of young unexperienced girls.

Bad quality and service, incorrect pricing.

My sister got a full set of acrylic nails which included terrible service, a bloody nail, and a rude worker.

When the worker was removing her old acrylics, she ripped off half of my sister's natural nail causing it to bleed a lot. The worker just stared at it not knowing what to do, and my sister had to tell her to get some cotton balls and clean it up.

When asking for shorter nails, the salon worker was rude and unwilling to trim them to her desired length. The acrylics were left sharp and jagged. My sister had to file them again when she got home.

There was glue/polish left on her fingers after. She asked the worker to clean it up, to which she replied "that's just your skin". It is not her skin, and you can see in the photo there is obviously glitter from the polish left on her fingers.

I paid for her manicure, not knowing all of this occurred. After seeing the results for myself, I went back to ask for a refund. The workers were all unwilling to help resolve the problem, telling me to come back the next day to speak with their manager. Even AFTER telling them I was leaving the next morning (I'm not from the area), they kept saying multiple times to come back the next day. I eventually got a $10 partial refund, but the acrylics were still more expensive than advertised on the website.
