I just had my first facial at Hand and Stone, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience. Avery was excellent—she really knows her stuff and made the whole process straightforward and easygoing. The results were noticeable, and I was so impressed that I ended up signing up for a membership. If you're thinking about trying a facial, Avery is the one to go to.

The experience with the therapists was good but the staff no helpful at all. The front desk Sasha wanted me to call my home site for them to transfer my package to my mom.

I understand the policy of the company but they always take care of that from me.

She then said the could give my mom the price of member which was a lie because she ended up charging the whole price.

The manager Krystal also not helpful at all. I need a refund of the service that I have a credit for! Or at least a refund for the difference since Sasha charged the whole price after saying she could give the discount and didn’t honor her word.

So I’d like to start off by saying I used this place for prenatal massages and I spoiled myself to them while I was pregnant. I wish I would have known the 60 min massage I paid for monthly was actually more like 45 mins, and I would have loved to know just for a prenatal I was going to be uncharged 20$ every visit.

Had an appointment today, the last one I will be having while pregnant at 3:00 pm, I looked at the clock right before laying down it said 3:13. Okay 60 min massage, I’ll be done by 4:13. Right at 4:00 the massage ended. The massage felt great, but didn’t get what I paid for. I was out and sitting in my car before 4:13.

Nayeli, is an absolute gem! My only hope for her is that she is being compensated for her incredible skill. Being a Massage Therapist myself, I know the complexities of worth and value; trying to communicate that to companies.
I was there visiting some family and needed a massage so badly and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this young lady who obviously loves what she does as do I. Thank you Nayeli for taking such great care of me. Your Massage helped me to thoroughly enjoy the rest of my stay there. God’s richest blessings on you my dear.

I've been a member of this place for a while and even if I do not use my usual therapist Ori who is really great and always goes above and beyond my expectations all the other therapist were really great and I always come out fresh until I got a new therapist named " Neyali" the worst massage I had experience she asked for my problem area but still concentrated on the opposite side and when I told her to move along with my problem area she literally ignored me. I do not know what kind of technique she used as I've been in different massage places but she wasn't massaging me she was PINCHING ME! I should have pressed the emergency button on the first 10 mins that's my only regret is I stayed and finish it and when it was done she just left without waiting for me outside the door she just vanished. This happened like weeks ago but still I can't get over it and I do not want other people to waste their money on her.

I spoke with Radha on 1/5 to which she informed me she would “do some research” on my condition an get back to me. Almost exactly 30 days later and Radha has failed to do so. Guess she is still “researching”. After calling the establishment again to terminate my agreement I was assured an assistant manager would call back in a specific time frame. The manager failed to do so and when I called back to mention this, there was a slew of excuses and clerical errors in place, which cements the disgusting and predatory business practices of this place. Now it is apparently up to me to play “guess when the manager will be in” because that is the only way to cancel my membership. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau due to the negligence of several people involved here. Their intention is to keep you waiting for the next billing period so they can line their pockets while you attempt to terminate your contract time and time again.

I would like to add that my skin is still, as the receptionist told me, purging. But I wouldn’t know if that’s actually the case because the bogus email they provided has failed to go through TWICE on multiple devices. I have also yet to receive a call back from them.

Skin went from the left to the right in a matter of three days from a retinol peel that I was told I was a perfect candidate for. I was dismissed as this being purging, but I am breaking out on my forehead in painful, hot cysts that hurt to sleep on, as well. I was just told to wait it out, and they do not respond to you on social media. I have tried to contact them several times there and when I called, was just ambiguously told to wait it out. My skin is already experiencing scarring from the breakouts after I worked for several months to get my skin to how it was on the left. I just wanted to treat myself to a facial after being away at school for several months, but will not be returning.

I had my first professional massage done today by Collin. He was very kind, welcoming, and professional. I've suffered with chronic neck/shoulder pain for 17 years from a horseback riding accident; I left my massage being able to turn my head side to side, pain-free, for the first time in months! Thank you, Collin!

I spoke to a representative on the phone at least on 4 separate occasions about cancelling service and each time they said there was no manager available to assist at the time. A manager needing to be involved with cancellation is normal, so I thought nothing of it. They said the manager would call at a scheduled time, like 10 am the following day for instance, to discuss cancellation and send over paperwork, and nobody called. I show up in person one day and was also told there was no manager, but somehow someone appeared who could magically assist with cancellation. Where was this non-manager before on every other phone call? Then they lie to my face about calling me and leaving voicemails, as if my cell phone doesn't record call history and voicemails. Representative behind the desk tried to condescend with me and even resorted to gaslighting me by referring to a "call log" they have with dates and times that don't even line up with when I was told previously that I would receive a call from the manager. 1 of 2 things was going on: they either have an employee falsifying call logs to make it look like they're working when they're not, or the rep I spoke with was pulling dates and times out of their rear to shirk accountability for not calling when they said they would.
