My nail tech is better than yours ? I have been going to hands on nail salon for YEARS & ain’t never been disappointed!! The place and the ladies are truly amazing!! I look forward to my nail appointment because I can laugh & cut up with the girls!! Shantayla has always been good to me along with her girls who work there! I love them! The salon is never nasty it’s ALWAYS classy!! Best nail salon in the Tri-Cities! They treat you like family!

This salon has been the only one in the Shoals that does builder gel nails, not just gel polish. I’ve booked online every visit, and their website says they cancel your booking if you are 10 minutes late. I would find that perfectly reasonable if I hadn’t waited 30 minutes or more the first two times I went to this salon. My third visit, I booked the earliest available slot and was able to be seen on time, so I’m guessing walk-ins getting added to the schedule make appointments late. If that bothers you, book early. Sophie did an excellent job with my nails and overall seemed like she cared about customer satisfaction.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Very unprofessional with one of lady's kids running around. I go to get my nails done to relax and to have kids come up to me and play with them. And they charge way too much. (There are other places near that charge less and the results are better.) You can tell that not all the employees get along and management treats some bad. The unprofessionalism is sad with some nail techs talking about there personal life on the phone while they take care of customers. Also I got a gel manicure and the paint fell off after 1 day it peeled right off. My friend that I was with got a dip powder manicure and it also was chipping the next day.

Sophie did an amazing job! I had a bad experience at another nail salon and Sophie was able to fix my nails! She did exactly how I wanted them and made sure I liked them each stop of the way!

Visited this place not knowing what I was getting myself into. The place was extremely dirty. There were kids running around playing with balls and rolling coins on the floor what I thought was extremely dangerous as the little girl left some coins on the floor and a customer could have slipped. I went and got a dip powder on my hands and a pedi (Three hours later.) I went there the next day as I had to have my hands redone because the dip just peeled off all my fingers. The girl was very nice and redid them. Right when she was finishing the oriental lady that sits upfront comes to her and gives her a new bottle of base and tells her "use this one throw that one out it's no good." I respond to the girl doing my nails "that's f____ed up." She knew this and waited for the poor girl to finish. Needless to say three hiurs later, the girl doing my nails says "I didn't know there was anotherone" then tells me if they come off again come back and I will redo them. Sorry that was 6 hours of my life I will never get back. People stay away the place is DIRTY AND IT IS RUN LIKE A DAYCARE ITS NOT A PROFFESIONAL NAIL SALON!!!!!! PLACE IS REALLY RUN DOWN DIRTY!!!!!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Kayla was so sweet and kept me company while taking my polish off. Shantayla did my fill in and design and did an absolutely perfect job! She made sure the shape was to my liking, without me having to ask. Very fairly priced and I appreciated the way the price was broken down for me, into each charge. I will most definitely be back when I’m in town!
