Horrible experience!! I went in with no appointment and asked if I could get a massage. They asked me to have a seat and they will see if they can get me in. About five minutes later they called me back. A nice lady got me all set up and started her massage. She put a cover over my eyes and about five minutes into the service a man whispered in my ear we don't have room for you! First of all it caught me off guard. She stopped her service and I asked him do you mean I need to leave? He said yes... we had an appointment who is 20 minutes late and she still wants her massage. He told me he didn't think she was coming but she had an appointment and I did not. I was shocked!! I got dressed and carried my shoes and socks into the waiting room since they were rushing me out. He told me sorry and offered me $10 off my next service which I declined and left. I ended up going to Footy Rooty and had a fabulous experience!! I will never go back to Happy Day! I still can't believe they stopped the service after starting it!! It was very uncomfortable on how the whole situation went down.

It was a little bit of a rocky start when I originally purchased the Groupon, but after receiving a couples Swedish massage and facial, I was 1000% satisfied with the service and I will definitely be coming back for a facial.

Requested the foot reflexology and they only offered the hour for $50. Once I was in the back, they asked me to remove my hoodie in which I declined. I even asked why I would need to take off my hoodie to get my feet done. This wasn't a combo that I had wanted to pay for or even requested. They spent MAYBE a total of 20 minutes on my feet. When they told me to roll over on my stomach, I was still confused and even said I just wanted my feet done . There was obviously a language barrier and I really didn't want to be rude because it's not their fault that the person at the front didn't tell them what I asked for. Even when I was done and asked why I couldn't just get my feet done they said that I needed to tell them that's what I wanted. I felt like I already had since I asked for the foot reflexology. Why on Earth would I think they were going to do everything else. I am so disappointed. I wish I wouldn't have paid for it and just tipped the masseuse

Very unhappy with owner. I had bought a book of coupons for Happy Day Spa (purchased at Roseville location) and coupons were good for four different locations, including the Fairway location. However, owner said they weren’t good for her shop; she said coupon had to be blue and have her number on the front. My coupons are green but have no expiration, have her address and phone number. Very, very poor business not to accept anymore. Attached is my spa ticket. She also said her location is Happy Day Spa not New Happy Day Spa but I got a picture of a sign inside her building that says New Happy Day Spa. Very disappointed in her decision!!

This is complete scam!!! They talked me into buying their packages but when I came back to use them they are telling me they don’t accept them any longer. What a SCAMMER. That’s not how you run business by lying to customers. And they accuse me that I didn’t purchase these sessions at their business. What a true scammers . Don’t ever buy these packages save your money and go somewhere else. I sure will never be their customer AGAIN.

The massage itself was very nice. My husband and I had Lucy and Larry, they did a great job, I would give the massage 4/5 stars. After the massage, we went to the front to pay. The lady working the front was VERY pushy on us buying a membership. It was $90 for 90 minutes, we were paying for ours and my dads. The total for 3 was $270. The lady at the front would NOT give up on the membership, which would have been $340 total. I told her I did not want to pay that, I only wanted to pay the $270. She continued to try to convince me to pay more and I kept refusing for almost 10 minutes, until she made a smirky face and rolled her eyes and finally took my card. there was also a line of people behind me. It was very uncomfortable and ruined my relaxed state of mind. I won’t be coming back because of her.

I enjoyed my back walk massage and definitely recommend this to anyone desiring more pressure and trigger point relief. Prices are very good as well and they even offer 5 pack massage coupons for an even better discount.

I always come back to see Amy. She is great at identifying problem areas and massaging the tension out. I love that I can just relax and let her work my sore muscles.
