My second time going and second time getting my nails done ever. I may not be well versed in how things should or should not be done.

I don't know if I'm rough with my nails or they are brittle but I have problems with them breaking in the meat. Causing pain and bleeding. It's just terrible. I read online that dip powder can help protect them. One day just got tired of it and stopped by here on a whim. They fit me in as a walk-in and went right to work. The dip powder lasted roughly about a month before chips, scratches and nail growth made it look bad. But not once did my nails break in that time. Each time the ladies have been friendly, fast service and personally I appreciate when we don't have to do small talk. They seem to pick up on that and let me relax.

Came here because my daughter received a gift card for her birthday. Granted, we got here at 6:30 pm. We were fine with just scheduling an appointment since their closing time is 7 pm. They said, yes we can still take you. So I told them, hey we have a gift card. They said that's fine. They wanted payment before our service was even complete or even started. I said that's fine, I have a credit card.

They were rude and the over charged my credit card. I'm still waiting on the final charge but they discount the gift card balance, they charged me the full price.

I also asked for change for a 20 I had that I was going to use to tip the tech and when I got the charge the lady in front just tossed me my money back so disrespectfully.

Honestly. I'd rather my 5 yr old do my nails than these attitude having people with no customer service skills.

Was a walk-in today and got lucky the place wasn't busy at that moment. Wendy did a really good job with my gel manicure and she is very nice as well. I will be back to see Wendy in the future!

Went to Happy Nails with my mom to get a gel manicure and eyebrows done. She always told me how amazing it was so she decided to take me. I went and the service is great!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I get my eyebrows done, they look amazing every time and my nails are always pretty whenever I get them done. They have a big selection of nail polishes/gels/etc. They are all very friendly and nice. April, the lady who does my eyebrows, is probably the nicest person there- my mom and I love her and every time she sees me she says, "Hello baby! You want your eyebrows done today?" She's very gentle when she waxes them and sometimes I get my mouth waxed. 5/5 stars for sure!!

highly recommend Amanda! very sweet!! doesnt push u into other products/service only offers them to u. she was very polite, professional and gentle which is important to me i dont like when somebody is rough on my feet when filing/cleaning the cuticles big no no! it was a very relaxing experience
i will definitely go back to her again 🙂 🙂
