EDIT: The owner saw my original review (see below) and apologized for the chipped nail, let me know to come in to get it fixed. I'm grateful they did not charge me for the fix, and I purchased their eyebrow waxing service same day. Great customer service, thanks again.

Gel manicure and regular pedicure, French tips: Normal price $75. I got my nails done a couple days ago but unfortunately my middle finger on my right hand has already chipped. The service felt great and it was very relaxing, but for the price I hoped it would have lasted longer. I got these done for a wedding I need to go to and it looks like I'll have to go somewhere else for a touch up on one finger. The technician I had here was wonderful though and gave me the best pedicure massage I've ever had. Not sure what rating to give since the gel manicure didn't last more than two days, but I did enjoy my time while I was there

With the price of this luxury and so many salons/spas you can choose from make it a place that takes care of the customers and this is NOT the one. I went in on a Friday about 5 minutes after they are supposed to be open and was told that someone might show up in about 45 minutes. Aggravating but I just wandered around the mall shopping. I go back about an hour later and was seated within 10 minutes. I get pink and white with a coffin shape. With tip I paid $73. Hours later at dinner my thumb broke. I was in Orlando so I couldn’t go the next day to get it fixed. I had to wait till Monday after work. I got to the salon about 5 o’clock and was told that no one was there to help with acrylics that I could come back tomorrow and maybe somebody would be there to help me. MAYBE?!? I did ask when I was sitting in the chair originally what their hours were and was told that they go by mall hours. I will have to go to someplace else to get it fixed and for future fills since I can’t make it to the mall every day and hope someone would be there to help me.

The pricing is good but some services suck. Took my wife to get a mani & pedicure and the pedicure part was excellent but the manicure portion was horrible. The gentleman that was doing the manicure part of the treatment sucks! Instead of waiting for the pedicure part of the session to end he rushed my wife by doing the service at the same time. So say the very least and to be kind. The nails came out horrible. Glue all over my wife’s fingers and an uneven job. From afar the job looks good but don’t look to closely cause you see the unprofessional job. Then they fight amongst each other about how to work and how to work the register. Will not waste my money there ever again. The only reason for the 2 star is for the gentleman that did the pedicure.

Worst pedicure ever in my entire life of getting a pedicure. Too much to explain, just trust when I tell you, you're better off going to the schools and letting the students get their services in practicing on you than to go here to this place.

I have had my nails done by Joey four times now and I have never had an issue. He does exactly what I ask for and they look great. He is also very fast which is a huge plus for me, I hate sitting forever. In and out with nails I love. Highly recommend!
