Coming from Philly, I needed to get my hair done in BHM. From start to finish, the process and experience were both effortless and enjoyable. I booked online in minutes. The salon itself was warm and friendly; clean and elegantly simple. Everyone greets you with smiles. They definitely do natural hair styles. I needed a last-minute appointment for Saturday (before the event) but was able to get in on Friday. I booked a silk press, pin curl style with LaToya C. I didn't take many pics, but I love the style.

Very professional and calming environment. My stylist CiCi did a wonderful job. I came in with damaged hair. She did a thorough consultation, wash, cut and coils. Not only does my hair look better, I feel better and highly suggest this place of business.

There are no words to describe the amazing experience I had at Hayah Beauty. Prior to this, I only had hair cuts. I was leery about the experience a bit. But from the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. Darrius Peace is a master magician when it comes to hair. In a relatively short time he took the salt-n-pepper sheep's wool sitting atop my head and turned it into a signature "look"! And while he was working his magic, he continued to reinforce affirmations that were life-giving and affirming for real! If I could give him 20 stars, I flipping would. Love Hayah Beauty and Darrius Peace! They are masters - and the specialize in natural hair as well! If you are a guy who never had their hair done, just go. You'll be glad you did. If you have natural hair, just go, you'll be glad you did! Everybody, go see them ASAP for your new signature look!

My first salon experience here at Hayah Beaty was on Nov. 10, 2023. My stylist was Darrius Peace. After my consultation with him weeks before, he recommended that I try a sew-in to give my hair a rest. I’m glad that I did. My new hair style was very manageable and easy to just get up and go. He gave me a new look that still made me look and feel like myself. I was hesitant about going natural at first until my friend recommended that I try Hayah Beauty. Everyone there were very friendly upon arrival and after I left the salon.
Thanks Darrius for making my first experience at Hayah Beauty a memorable one.
