Te'Mia has been my natural hair stylist since 2017 (6 years) and I must say she’s definitely the best stylist to touch my hair during my natural healthy hair journey in the Jacksonville area.

She is very informative and always given me professional advice which for sure has helped me along my natural hair journey. I appreciate the fact that she well versed in the products she uses on her clients and the fact that’s she has her own professional product line.

I would definitely recommend Te’Mia plus my husband loves my hair after each salon visit. So for me she is definitely worth every penny and some.

I think this stylist is a great stylist and hair care professional. This is why I rate 1 star. Customer service. I went in because my hair was damaged and she evaluated, instructed me and set up an appointment to bring my hair back to health. 1st impression she answered the phone with just hello. I confirmed I called a salon. 2. After my appointment was made I called and text to find out her preference of payment and complete price if I needed to bring cash. She didn’t text me or call me back, giving benefit of the doubt, I assumed she was really busy and would send a text closer to my appointment to reconfirm I would be there. Day of my appointment I made another call and reached her. Again she did a great job, no problems with my service. Made appointment for two weeks, confirmed and waited. One hour before my appointment she asked if I was still coming, due to hurricane. She said everyone else canceled so I didn’t want her to come in for one appointment so she said she’d send a new appt for the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and no appointment or message. 1st thing because we knew a hurricane watch was out there, my appointment could have been rescheduled in a more appropriate way. Stylist expect clients to give 24 to 48 hours notice or they charge you. 2. I was prepared to spend a substantial sum to have a service done after my next treatment. Trust is key. If I’m not important enough to return my calls or reschedule appointments as promised, why would I spend money upfront and not know when I would speak to my hair care professional. Evidently because she is such a good stylist she can blow off clients. Thanks but no thanks. My time and money is important to me as well. I will just continue to look for a hair specialist. It really doesn’t matter if she’s the best if she treats you like you don’t matter.
