Beyond amazing! The calm surroundings and friendly staff made my experience a memorable one. Having lived in Thailand for years I was familiar with Thai massage but the massage here made those experiences seem second rate. Kelly, my masseuse, was constantly asking if everything was "OK" and seemed genuinely concerned. She was competent, confident and and caring and had me relaxed in matter of minutes. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this secret gem, but they deserve all the attention. The staff is very friendly, Kelly is an amazing masseuse, I used to go to fancy SPAs in Palm Beach at the tone of $200 massages, and no one has ever come closer to relax me and make me feel as good as she does. If you like a good deep tissue/shiatsu massage this is the place you were looking for. Highly recommend

Today, I experienced a truly life-changing massage, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt this amazing in my life! I’ve had countless massages in the past, but today’s session was simply the best! My wife and I enjoyed a couple’s massage in a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The therapists were incredible, focusing on the areas that needed attention, and they even discovered some pains I didn’t even know I had! These artists are truly masters of their craft, and their skill made all the difference.

If you’re in South Florida, look no further—this is hands down the best choice! You won’t regret it!

This was my first time here and I had booked a 60 minute body massage. I felt that the service was incomplete and the customer service below expectations. I was made to lay face down for the entire session all but the last three minutes. As a result, I didn’t have my entire body worked on, which made no sense to me whatsoever. When I asked, I was told I should purchase 90 minutes. There was a lot of time wasted on my back that was not needed. I was never asked by anyone what my problem areas were, what pressure I needed or type of massage. I was told by the receptionist that I was supposed to tell them beforehand. I believe that the person who greets me when I arrive or the masseuse should be asking me those questions before the massage. It is their job to find out what the client actually wants instead of just giving a generic massage. The only question I was asked was whether I wanted hot stones added, which I declined. I was looking for a real therapeutic massage which I did not receive. I do believe that the massage therapist was capable, I think she just went with the standard method of using long strokes and elbows. Neither of which I like. I prefer acupressure and the use of fingers. In addition, I think that some sort of compensation should’ve been offered to me at the front desk after. Instead, I was told I should’ve just bought more time and I should have told them what I wanted. In my opinion, that is not good customer service at all. If you are looking for an average massage, nothing special, just something relaxing then this might be the place for you. personally, for me, spending almost $100 including the tip was not worth it at all.
