My husband and I had a couples massage it was absolutely lovely! It was our first time and when we first walked in we were greeted by someone very nice and everything was clean and quiet and relaxing. The lounge rooms are very fancy and relaxing! The massages were so relaxing and the ladies who massaged us were so kind and professional! Massages were very good!

The only thing I would say wasn’t the best was when we went to check out there was a different receptionist than the one we originally had and she wasn’t the nicest and seemed like she didn’t want to deal with us and was short with us so that was unfortunate but other than that everything was great!

Olena gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life!! I’ve gotten massages from all over the world and this one was the BEST! She asked me was their anything I wanted her to focus on and I told her I wanted a little face massage but basically dealers choice and she did an amazingly amazing job.

At the end she let me know that she loves her job and from my experience it truly shows.

The spa is conveniently located right next-door to Starbucks and across the street from the beach. There’s a wonderful Mexican restaurant on property. Great amenities including a really nice tea station!

I surprised my wife with a couples massage at the Heavenly Spa located in the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. It was awesome, and the entire team was phenomenal. The Male area was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the great amenities you would expect at a Westin. They also had a Co-Ed area where my wife and I could enjoy some time together before and after the service. Our masseuses did an excellent job. Letting us guide the experience based on the areas we wanted them to focus on. Overall this experience was terrific!

The Heavenly Spa at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is top notch! The front desk staff (Angela and another gentleman) were lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. We received couples massages for our respective birthdays. I received a full body deep tissue massage from Kristina, the massage therapist. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked out the knot under my left shoulder. Antonio, my partner’s massage therapist, was fabulous as well! It was incredibly relaxing and the best way to celebrate another trip around the sun. The spa also delivered a chocolate cake birthday amenity to us in the co-ed waiting room after our treatments. It was very thoughtful and appreciated. 10/10! 5 Stars!

One of the better massages I’ve had to date. I had Jaimie and she did an unbelievable job. Focused on the areas that were tight and overall felt incredible when all was said and done. Infrared Sauna is good in men’s room, and overall everything was very clean. High recommend.

Diamond who gave me a key west pedicure gets 5 stars! her service and attention to detail & conversation while celebrating my birthday and putting up with my tickles was impeccable. she gave me water. sang me happy birthday. picked my color & was amazing overall. I've never felt more cared for by a stranger.

however my experience at the spa that my friend planned for my birthday on my birthday was sub par.
the jacuzzi was over chlorinated & my bathing suit is now stained. while we were in there the jets seemed to be extra JETTING & UNBEKNOWNST to us, it was flooding the place. one of the workers came to clean up the flood, yell at us about blocking the jets instead of listening to how it was functioning & turned it off without any solution. same worker followed me around while I went to get snacks asking me where tong for trail mix was as if i had taken it.

the front desk check in to spa was not very friendly. didn't give us much information coming in and seemed bothered checking us out.
