Went in looking for a couple filters for my older hot springs hot tub. They had them in stock! Water filters can be a bit expensive so I purchased 1 ( eventually need to replace all 3). They also gave me a slight discount and threw in some free caps that hold the filters in place! I will definitely be shopping with them again!

Hot Spring Spas of Redding is absolutely the worst business I’ve ever experienced. They broke my old tub when trying to repair it and then sold me a new tub which we have had for 6 months. They said it was there top of the line Jacuzzi. We have replaced (2) heating elements, Salt Water System, Salt Water regulator, Jets, Front Panel fell off and needed replacing, Now our Control Panel which Controls the Jacuzzi is broken😡Salt System always reads High and they have no answers. But refuse to take it back. Also now they are saying that it’s not going to be under warranty anymore. We paid $15,000 for a lemon Jacuzzi that they can’t fix and won’t take back and now will not warranty it anymore. Don the Service Supervisor just tells one lie after the other. He has set several service appointments with us and not shown up . He would come up with different excuses each time. Hot Springs of Redding should not be in business. It isn’t fair to make such a huge purchase and have this much trouble trying to make things right. I Would never do business with them again. My Suggestion is not to go through all of the heartache that my wife and I have experienced. Linda the owner is Clueless of how to take care of her customers. You Spend $15,000 and they dismiss you like your trash. Because they have no answers how to fix your Spa. Stay away from this business or you will have the same experience my wife and I have had.

Bought a hot tub from here recently and the service was excellent. The manager really knew his stuff and was able to get me the hot tub I’ve always wanted. When it was delivered there team of guy were wonderful and quick and they had it delivered with no issues. Would definitely recommend going here if your looking for a hot tub.

The Redding Hot Springs Spa dealership has the worst communication program.I had a recent problem and they promised to come out and I changed my work schedule to accommodate their repair schedule.No call/no show, so I contacted them again and was promised another time and date, same thing I actually took time off work) — no call no show.They never did contact me and every contact was my effort, not theirs! I love Hot Springs spas and have owned one for the past 30 years.I would love a follow up contact from Watkins Corporate to see what their vision is for the Redding, Ca area.

Very sad several reviews from non customers to support a horrible customer using their
hottub for rental then upset about dirty water has friends give bad reviews. Kinda like defamation? Hot springs redding is an excellent company with hundreds of happy customers and a few bad apples.

Avoid Hot Springs Spa!!!
Customer service is awful.
They broke our old tub sending a technician who came out with 2 brand new out of the box broken motors?
We then decided to purchase a new tub from them.
While dropping it off they broke our front pannel and proceeded to aggressively hammer it in to place until it started to chip and not fit in place.
They withheld our electrical panel, which was included in our purchase.
First week our knobs fall off while in use.
Then both our heating elements malfunctioned causing tub to heat to 111 degrees. (Causing skin to burn) needing them to be replaced.
Then our salt system malfunctioned.
… And now our control panel LED screen has turned black!
Run away from this company… Fast!!!

Excellent service and a great company to work with. Don helped us out with everything. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
